The woman facing multiple charges for shooting at Rihanna‘s home continues to face the consequences for her alleged actions.
The suspect, Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, shocked the world when she was taken into custody for firing multiple shots at the singer’s Beverly Hills home while she and her kids were inside.
The reason behind the attack remains unclear; however, the shooter has been facing the aftermath of attacking Rihanna’s home.
Woman Arrested For Shooting Rihanna’s Home May Face Strict Bail Conditions

According to new reports, Rihanna’s home shooter is licensed to practice speech-language pathology in the state of California. Prosecutors revealed that a member of the board that oversees licensing in her field wants a strict condition imposed on her bail terms.
The legal documents obtained by TMZ noted that Ortiz gained her license to practice speech-language pathology in April 2016. The license will officially expire in June 2027, but the board member did not want to wait that long.
Instead, the board member implored the court to prevent the alleged home shooter from working with the public as a speech-language pathologist if she gets released on bail. Ortiz is set to be arraigned on Wednesday, March 25, facing multiple charges for the incident.
The Alleged Home Shooter Had A Deep Fixation On The ‘Umbrella’ Hitmaker

Ortiz was charged with one count of attempted murder, 10 counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and three counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling. As stated, Rihanna and her children were reportedly inside their Beverly Hills home when the attack happened.
The shooter was accused of firing multiple shots using an AR-15-style rifle. The Blast shared that the incident sparked the public’s interest in Ortiz’s life, revealing she had a deep fixation on Rihanna and other high-profile entertainers.
Ortiz’s social media footprint unveiled multiple failed attempts to catch Rihanna’s attention, with bizarre posts and accusations. In a February 23 Facebook post, the suspected shooter alleged the singer had AIDS. She echoed similar claims in a February 17 post, noting Drake was aware of Rihanna’s condition.
The Suspect Once Alleged That The Fenty Founder Was After Her Life

Ortiz’s bizarre social media attacks continued on her YouTube channel, with The Blast reporting that she made a video about Rihanna earlier this year. The January 5 post saw Ortiz ranting about a spiritual warfare with the lingerie mogul.
She repeatedly slammed Rihanna as “corny” and “stupid,” imploring people not to let her win and choose God instead. Ortiz later claimed the entertainer was after her life, turning away from the camera to speak to an unseen force in the room.
“Listen, Rihanna, when you die, God is taking me to my future. You want to kill me? Shut the f-ck up,” Ortiz yelled. She later dubbed Rihanna “a witch” and herself “a watchman.” The video, among others, seemed to be an example of the concerning behavior Ortiz’s ex-husband referenced in their custody battle.
Ivanna Lisette Ortiz Lost All Rights To Her Child

Ortiz’s mental health was a key factor in her custody battle with ex-husband, Jed Nikko Valdez Sangalang. During the hearing, Rihanna’s alleged home shooter confirmed that she had been “Baker Acted” in Florida, meaning she was held against her will under state law.
Ortiz argued that she was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold due to false allegations, but the judge wasn’t buying it. The Florida judge highlighted the “concerning testimony” about her mental health and stripped Ortiz of all contact with her child.
The judge explained that Ortiz was banned from having any contact with her child because the court feared she would not return the child to the father. Additionally, Ortiz’s domestic violence incident and probation for the attack on her ex-husband were referenced.
Don Lemon Believes He Dodged A Bullet By Not Visiting Rihanna’s Neighborhood

Former CNN news anchor Don Lemon recently claimed that he could have been caught in the crossfire of Rihanna’s home shooting. The Blast covered the story, reporting that he had planned on visiting a friend in the entrepreneur’s neighborhood.
Lemon believed he dodged a bullet by changing his mind at the last minute following complications caused by the L.A. Marathon. He explained that his friend’s house was very close to Rihanna’s, and he could have arrived when the shooter pulled up.
The shooting occurred on March 8, with the gunwoman accused of firing at least 10 shots at Rihanna’s home. These bullets were found in the front gate of Rihanna’s home and a vehicle, with authorities later tracking Ortiz down thanks to a vivid description of her appearance and getaway car.
