Benjamin Gleason, a New York-based influencer known for his music content and candid social media posts, was arrested Friday in connection with multiple felony sex assault allegations, according to reports. Benjamin Gleason was taken into custody on March 20 in New York, according to legal documents reviewed by TMZ. The influencer is facing a series of felony charges, including two counts of rape, along with several additional allegations tied to sexual assault.
According to legal documents, Gleason has been charged with criminal sex in the first degree by forcible compulsion; sexual abuse in the first degree; aggravated sexual abuse in the second degree; and predatory sexual assault committed against more than one person.
The TikTok star is also facing a charge of criminal sex acts conducted with a person incapable of consent.

Benjamin Gleason, a native of Campbell Island, New York, has amassed approximately 1.1 million followers on TikTok, where he describes himself as “an American artist” and “your girlfriend’s favorite influencer.”
He also maintains an Instagram account with around 31,000 followers, where he identifies as a performance artist, AV production professional, musician, and “lost AF.”
Across his platforms, Gleason has shared music content, lip-sync videos, and personal reflections.

Earlier this month, he launched a GoFundMe campaign seeking $6,000 for dental procedures, citing long-term damage from past substance abuse. “My name is Benjamin, and I’m reaching out for help to repair my teeth after years of struggling with addiction,” Gleason said in the March 6 post.
