Brooks Nader might not have revealed her best cosmetic procedure, but she absolutely knows which one is the worst!

The “Baywatch” star, like many other industry celebrities, has gone through different beauty enhancements to keep up with the perfect look. Over time, she has been an open book about her decisions with cosmetic procedures, including the ones she went back on.

Brooks Nader has been on a journey of embracing a more authentic look as she pushes through with her career in Hollywood. The stakes seemed lined up in her favor as she recently landed a role on the “Baywatch” reboot.

Nader got candid about how she currently feels about a particular decision she made to enhance her physical appearance. She shared that looking back, that was probably not the best choice for her body. The star revealed that she had undergone liposuction while chatting with reporters at Clarins Night of Extra.

She told PEOPLE during the conversation on Friday, March 20, at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, that the lipo was top of the list on her beauty regrets. “I probably shouldn’t say this, but I’m just going to say it. I had liposuction years ago, and I forever regret it because I just didn’t need it,” she said.

The star expanded on her answer to the question about whether she has any “forever regrets” when it comes to beauty. Nader added that her feelings about the procedure stemmed from the aftereffects and the realization that less is more. “I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things,” she continued, “We just got to do less with all that and be healthy.”

The Model Never Held Back On Her Other Procedures

The “Love Thy Nader” star has previously shared the different enhancements she has done with her head held high. She disclosed that she gets injectables like Botox, has veneers, uses a GLP-1 to aid her weight loss journey, and even has fillers.

Last November, she spoke about fans’ reactions to her nose job. Many claimed that she looked like the legendary singer, Michael Jackson. She jokingly said, “Every Christmas, you can catch me looking like Freddy Krueger,” in a previous interview while shedding light on the different aesthetic treatments she undergoes.

Nader also hinted at some favorites in her skincare collection, referring to Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston’s salmon sperm facials. “I love the Double Serum, she noted, “I put it on top of all of my makeup. I put it on the tip of my nose. It adds a glow.” The young model also shared that she wears a Lip Perfector from Clarins as it gives her “extra firming” and “extra everything.”

Brooks Nader Once Struggled With Weight Loss

While striving to push herself further in the industry, Nader once found herself at a crossroads with her weight. Being a model and a face in Hollywood comes with certain expectations on one’s physical looks. The Blast reports that she admitted that no one wanted her chubby self, so she had to make a conscious effort to lose weight.

The 29-year-old found out that she got rejected for modeling gigs because she was in a certain weight bracket after asking her agency for feedback. “The direct feedback was that I needed to lose 30 pounds. I didn’t shed one tear over it. I don’t feel bad for myself,” the model revealed.

Upon carrying out some research, Nader discovered the benefits of using the diabetic medications, which later helped her achieve her goals. “When I started GLP-1, my career took off. I’m not saying it’s OK. I’m not saying it’s right. I think everybody is different, but I lost 30 pounds, and I booked all the jobs,” Nader admittedly shared.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover Girl Said Goodbye To Fillers

Last month, Nader let the public know that she had dissolved her filler and is now embracing her natural look. She also shared that she had gotten a handful of positive comments on her facial look after she made the decision to let that part of her life go.

As shared by US Weekly, the model agreed that she started experimenting with fillers when she was just 18 years old. Her teenage self had just moved to New York to build her career and was chasing perfection. “My parents gave me, like, $1000, and they were like, ‘Have fun,'” she recalled before detailing that she felt getting fillers was the answer in the world of Hollywood.

At the time, Nader consulted some dermatologists, and they worked together to achieve her desired look. A decade later, she realized that it was time to part ways with that side of her and embrace her “true, authentic self.” She ultimately decided to get the fillers in her jaw, cheek, and lips dissolved.

Brooks Nader Stepped Out Of Her Comfort Zone For ‘Baywatch’

Nader has commitment and determination written all over her for her role on the 2026-27 season of the “Baywatch” reboot. This new project pushed the “hyper sheltered little girl” from Louisiana out of her comfort zone. The swimsuit model ironically did not grow up swimming or taking swim lessons as a child.

The demands of her new role urged her to hire a trainer to give her swimming lessons. Revealing her progress to news outlets, she jokingly said, “I’m an Olympic Swimmer now!” hinting that she had sharpened her skill set or the role. The model also shared that not only is she taking swim lessons, but she has also taken up some acting lessons.

The Blast shared some details of the recent casting for the upcoming season of the Fox hit show. Nader has been cast to play lifeguard captain, Selene, while her friend, Livvy Dunne, is set to play junior lifeguard, Grace, on the reboot show.
