Taylor Frankie Paul‘s suitors are not letting the production companies go that easily!
The lineup of men expecting a rose from the reality TV star when the season kicks off reportedly has plans to drag the network to court for wasting their time, amongst other disturbances, which could have been avoided with a proper investigation.
Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of ‘The Bachelorette’ was canceled before it began airing, following allegations of domestic violence against the reality star by her ex, Dakota Mortensen, and a resurfaced old video of her assaulting her former partner.
Taylor Frankie Paul’s Suitors Allegedly Have Plans To Drag ABC To Court

Five suitors from the now-canceled season are reportedly considering taking legal steps against ABC and Warner Bros. Discovery. Sources shared that some of them have put several important engagements on hold, quit their jobs, or even rejected several financial opportunities in exchange for the visibility the show would provide.
The five aggrieved contestants also feel like Warner Bros Discovery, which produced the show, enabled a toxic work environment by bringing Taylor on board despite her past as a violent personality to interact with them intimately on the show.
TMZ stated that canceling the seasons meant millions of dollars down the drain for ABC and Warner Bros. Discovery and lots of confusion on who would assume the role of the next “The Bachelorette.” According to close sources, one of the top four contenders from “The Bachelorette” was going to be the frontrunner for “The Bachelor,” especially the one who resonated with the audience the most.
The Contestants Got Reassurance From ABC Concerning Their Contracts
The Blast stated that sources from ABC shared that the network had told the cast that their contracts would remain intact for at least a year. The source added that the cast were also assured they could participate in other opportunities such as “Bachelor in Paradise,” and other spin-off series as soon as they become available.
ABC had canceled the upcoming season via a statement last week, declaring: “In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of The Bachelorette at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family.” Taylor’s season was scheduled to premiere on Sunday, March 22, but it is unclear when the contestant’s contractual obligations begin and end.
Inside Taylor Frankie Paul And Dakota Mortensen’s Heated Exchange
In the video, the reality star could be seen launching a metal chair at her partner, then proceeding to pull his hair while holding her arms around his neck. Dakota could be heard condemning that act, calling it physical abuse and claiming that it is the only way Taylor knows how to interact with him.
Taylor and Dakota’s fight also affected her daughter from a previous relationship, as the chair reportedly hit the minor on her head. Following the 2023 assault incident, Taylor was promptly arrested and charged with one felony count of aggravated assault and two felony counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child.
Taylor released a statement after ABC canceled her show, expressing her gratitude for the network’s support as she finally gains the strength to face her accuser and is taking steps to ensure that she and her children are protected from any further harm.
The statement continued that “Taylor has remained silent out of fear of further abuse, retaliation, and public shaming. She is currently exploring all of her options, seeking support, and preparing to own and share her story.”
The Media Personality’s Hulu Show Was Also Affected By Her DV Scandal
Taylor also features on Hulu’s “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” which is currently filming its fifth season but had to be paused following reports of her domestic assault. As reported by The Blast, fresh allegations that she was involved in another dispute with her baby daddy this February emerged.
A source close to the show revealed that they are not filming because she has some pretty serious stuff from her past that she is trying to handle, and the network is seeing how things are going.
Another insider claimed that Taylor’s co-stars on the show have equally distanced themselves from her after the reports spread around, and they do not want anything to do with her. The Draper City Police Department has also confirmed that an active investigation involving Dakota and Taylor is ongoing.
Taylor Frankie Paul’s Estranged Boyfriend Wins Big In Custody Battle
The reality TV star was also hit with a shocking development yesterday, which saw a judge grant Dakota temporary custody of their son, Ever True Mortensen. The child was ordered to remain with Dakota till their next court date on April 7, with an instruction that Taylor keep at least 100 feet away from the duo.
No provision was made to give Taylor any parenting time with the little one, and she was also barred from owning any weapons. Dakota filed for a protective order on Wednesday, March 18, against Taylor, telling the court about an incident where she attacked him with their child.
Taylor’s camp has responded to the release of the video of the TV star violently attacking her baby daddy, claiming that it was part of his ploy to turn the public against her through a well-orchestrated, manipulative narrative.
Taylor Frankie Paul’s fate with her business partners is largely unknown at this point!
