At another point, he allegedly asked the child to sit beside him on a couch and used a blanket to cover them.
Officials described further actions during that moment, stating, “During this time, Duggar manipulated the victim’s underwear and grazed her genitals. Duggar would also continue to rub his hands on her thighs.”
The victim told investigators the behavior eventually stopped after the 31-year-old apologized, bringing an end to the incidents during that trip.

Following that admission, he was formally charged with multiple counts, including molestation of a child under 12 and lewd conduct by a person 18 years or older.
Officials confirmed that the arrest was carried out by the Tontitown Police Department, with coordination from Florida authorities.
