Kris Jenner is facing a multi-million dollar lawsuit filed by an ex-security guard who accused her of groping him, and he is now asking for over $3 Million in damages.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Marc McWilliams is moving forward with his sexual harassment lawsuit against the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star and laid out the financial damages he believes are warranted in this case. Shockingly, the number is in the seven figures and it doesn’t appear this is going away anytime soon.
As we reported, McWilliams accused the momager of groping him and being inappropriate while working security for the family.

In the new filing, the alleged victim says, “Through this action, Plaintiff seeks to recover his damages, which arose from unwanted sexual and gender harassment. Plaintiff repeatedly complained to supervisors and human resources, but no action was taken by an employer.”
He continues, “Defendants clearly retaliated against Plaintiff for lodging complaints about said misconduct and terminated him on or about September 2019. Plaintiff’s damages are in excess of three million dollars.”
We broke the story, McWilliams claims the Kardashian matriarch “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving a non-consensual physical contract with him of an inappropriate and sexual nature.” The ex-bodyguard detailed the alleged actions in the lawsuit, claiming he was the victim of “unwanted touching” which included, “Massaging (his) neck, shoulders, arms and back without consent, causing her hand to rest on (his) thigh and groin, causing her pelvis to rub against (his) back and/or rear-end without consent or approval, causing her hands to come into contact with (his) rear-end without consent or approval.”
Kris Jenner Denies Sexual Harassment Allegations

A representative for Kris Jenner “vehemently” denied the allegations, claiming, “Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams. His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts.”
They continued, “Kris never acted inappropriately toward him. The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job. Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later.”
Adding, “Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.”
At this point, the case will move forward, including depositions of each party and hearing which will eventually lead to a trial. As for a possible settlement, Jenner vows to fight this all the way and says she will NOT admit to wrongdoing.
