In a video now making the rounds online, the outspoken actor is seen mid-rant before suddenly being interrupted by a snowball that appears to hit him square in the head. Just seconds before impact, Rapaport can be heard saying, “This whole crap with this cancel culture and the ...” before the video is interrupted with Rapaport getting drilled with a snowball.

The person behind the throw didn’t hold back either, yelling, “Shut up. Shut up. Shut the f-ck up. Nobody wants to hear it. You’ve been talking all f-cking week. We don’t care what you have to say. Just stop talking.”

Rapaport fired back instantly, shouting, “F-cker. Got me right in my f-cking head, as-hole,” before the clip abruptly ends.

As expected, the internet had a field day.

Earlier this year, Rapaport faced backlash following a tense roundtable exchange with Colton Underwood on "The Traitors." During the discussion about who could be a Traitor, Rapaport argued that Underwood should be suspected, claiming he had an advantage when it came to deception.

“Nobody in this room would be better at holding a secret than you,” Rapaport said, a comment that appeared to reference Underwood’s real-life experience coming out as gay in 2021.

Underwood immediately pushed back, responding, “There it is. You think it was fun for 29 years of my life?” Rapaport quickly attempted to walk it back, insisting his comment had “nothing to do with it.”

The snowball clip also arrives not long after Rapaport faced significant backlash in summer 2025 for sharing what appeared to be an AI-generated image depicting a Holocaust victim. The image, allegedly showing a violinist at Auschwitz, drew swift condemnation, including criticism from one of the world’s leading Holocaust memorial institutions, which called the post deeply inappropriate.

The controversy intensified in August 2025 when Rapaport’s whirlwind reached Alabama. His scheduled stand-up show at Comedy Club Stardome in Hoover was abruptly canceled after the venue was overwhelmed with complaints. According to the club’s founder, Bruce Ayers, the Stardome received a flood of emails and messages objecting to Rapaport’s appearance, with some warning that protests were being planned if the show went forward.

The cancellation quickly became part of the broader backlash surrounding Michael Rapaport’s outspoken views. “It was shut down because of protests and threats over my support for Israel and for speaking up about the 50 hostages still being held in Gaza,” Rapaport wrote on Facebook at the time. “670 days in captivity, and people are protesting me for demanding their release? It’s embarrassing.”
