The calls for Sydney Sweeney's punishment grow even louder following an artist's take on the Hollywood Sign bra stunt.

Zach Fernandez, also known as Jesushands, famously altered the iconic landmark in 2017, leading to his arrest and subsequent punishment. He recently called for a similar treatment for the "Euphoria" star's bra display.

Sydney Sweeney began trending days earlier when she used the Hollywood Sign to promote her new lingerie line, Syrn. She proudly showcased her handiwork on social media, sparking cries for her legal punishment.

Fernandez did not hold back when slamming the lack of legal punishment against Sweeney's bra stunt, reminding the world that he was shown no mercy for his artistic homage in 2017. At the time, he altered the Hollywood Sign to read "HOLLYWEED."

The artist was arrested and charged for trespassing, leading to a fine and community service as punishment. Fernandez argued that Sweeney should receive similar treatment, noting that if she didn't, it was a clear case of double standards.

"When enforcement changes depending on who's involved or what's being sold, people notice," Fernandez told TMZ. As for those who compared his 2017 stunt to Sweeney's lingerie promotion, he stressed that his work was a homage to the late Daniel Finegood, who performed a similar stunt in 1976.

Fernandez doubled down on there being no comparison between him and Sweeney because her stunt lacked artistic value. "Mine was an artistic intervention and cultural commentary. Hers was a brand-backed advertisement," he explained.

Although he eventually founded a California lifestyle brand named Hollyweed, Fernandez noted that his brand was inspired by the stunt and wasn't an ad for it, as Sweeney did. The Blast covered the story of the actress's stunt, reporting that she hung lines of bras on the Hollywood Sign.

The move was to promote her new lingerie line, Syrn, but it appeared she broke the rules to do so. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce recently shared its thoughts on the situation, noting it could take legal action against Sweeney if she were found liable for breaking the rules.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce explained that it was "still investigating how and under what authority (if any) the Sweeney production accessed the site of the Sign." On that note, the entertainer could not be punished unless she was found guilty of rule-breaking.

Sweeney did not seem worried about her fate as she proudly flaunted a video detailing her Hollywood Sign escapade on Instagram. The footage showed her and her film crew arriving at the landmark at night, all dressed in black, as they scaled one of the letters to hang lines of bras.

Many slammed Sweeney's actions, labeling her "unlikable" and claiming only she would be capable of such "stupid" stunts. Despite the media outrage, the TV personality shared another post promoting her lingerie line, where she rocked various sexy pieces from her Syrn brand.

In a recent interview with ELLE, Sweeney opened up about her lingerie brand and the thought behind its creation. She explained that the primary goal was to create something comfortable yet sexy for women, no matter their size.

"I wanted to build a lingerie brand that feels like it understands women instead of talking at them," Sweeney said. She noted that her brand, Syrn, stood for "confidence without pressure, feeling sexy, powerful, soft, playful, or all of the above, depending on the day."

The brand's initial launch line-up featured bras from size 30B to 42DDD under the theme, seductress. Sweeney believed this was the right theme to introduce her brand to the world as "it's bold, confident, and unapologetic" with its sultry designs.

Before sparking mixed reactions with her Hollywood Sign stunt, Sweeney received fans' support following Elon Musk's bizarre posts. The Blast covered the story in December 2025, reporting that the tech billionaire had commented on her body.

Musk reacted to a video of Sweeney's red carpet appearance for her movie "The Housemaid" by creating an AI-generated image of a woman with an ample bosom complaining of back pain. "Can't be easy," he captioned the post.

The inappropriate remarks continued in a second post where Musk shared an image of Sweeney's chest. "Seems like this will be a contest for most double-stacked equipment," he captioned the post. Fans immediately slammed him as "creepy," reminding Musk of the 26-year age gap between him and Sweeney.
