Timothy Busfield has one more allegation to worry about.
Another allegation has just emerged against the actor from a sexual offense he reportedly committed against a minor 25 years ago.
Timothy Busfield's latest accusation comes after he appeared in a court in New Mexico yesterday following a 2000-mile drive to surrender himself to law enforcement agents in Albuquerque.
Inside Timothy Busfield's Latest Allegation

Prosecutors in the case revealed on Wednesday that the actor's list of alleged crimes has grown following claims from a man that his daughter was abused by the actor when she was just 16.
The alleged victim claimed the incident happened when she was auditioning for him at B Street Theatre in Sacramento, CA. The theatre, which the actor founded, is now claiming to have distanced itself from him since 2001, when the alleged encounter occurred.
In a statement by the theatre, they claimed their legal counsel consulted an internal investigation 25 years ago when the allegations first surfaced, and he has not participated in any role since then.
"Although he is listed as an emeritus board member, he has not participated in theatre governance or attended a board meeting since that time," the theatre added.
According to TMZ, the organization empathized with everyone affected by abuse or exploitation of any form by the actor. It stressed that their mission remains to provide a safe space for creatives.
The Actor's First Court Hearing Failed To Secure His Release

Busfield made his first appearance in court since turning himself in. He entered the New Mexico court dressed in an orange prison jumpsuit, looking very somber. The Blast reported that Judge Felicia Blea-Rivera was in the seat for the case where she addressed his fate in less than 5 minutes.
In the two-minute judgment, Rivera took some crucial decisions, including granting the prosecutors their request to ensure that the actor be denied bond. At the same time, his case is transferred to a Second Judicial District Court judge.
Rivera affirmed that he would be held in detention without bond and is to come back for another hearing in five business days. Busfield is currently facing multiple felony charges of sexually assaulting twin minors on a movie set.
Timothy Busfield Claimed Accusation By The Twins Parents Was Malicious

The 68-year-old did not just get nabbed out of the blue, as sources claimed law enforcement agents have carefully scrutinized the actor's past and swung into action after getting tipped last October.
In the affidavit, a parent reportedly told Child Protective Services that their child was being abused. The child allegedly confides in a therapist that the actor unduly touched his genitalia and bottom behind closed doors on the set.
The actor was subsequently contacted on these allegations, which he denied and claimed he only playfully touched the children. In another phone call last November, Busfield had told the authorities that the allegations had a tone of revenge from the parents of the twins after he declined to bring them back on the show.
Melissa Gilbert's Husband Expressed Therapy As A Solution According To Fresh Allegation

The actress's husband was mentioned in the new filing tendered by a man named Colin Swift, the father of a minor reportedly abused by Busfield. As noted by The Blast, Swift claimed that his teenage daughter claimed Busfield had behaved inappropriately towards her several years ago during the audition.
Following the report by his daughter, Swift claimed they confronted Busfield, who pleaded that the case should not be escalated to the authorities. Instead, the actor asked that he be admitted to therapy, and Swift was convinced due to his occupation as a therapist at the time.
As for the initial accusers, they have revealed that Busfield's actions towards them left them dealing with severe emotional distress, anxiety, sleep disruptions, and PTSD.
Timothy Busfield's Lawyer Claimed His 20-Hour Drive To Albuquerque Was To Prove His Innocence

The director's attorney, Larry Stein, gave context to why his client took the risk of driving 20 hours to surrender himself to the police after an arrest warrant was declared against him.
Stein explained that despite Busfield's insistence that the warrant against him be relaxed to enable him travel by air, he ultimately had to come by road. "He can't have an arrest warrant pending because if he goes to the airport to come here from across the country, he's gonna get arrested," Stein added.
The attorney claimed that the false accusations and charges tore Busfield. Stein noted that the actor will do all it takes to clear his name despite the District Attorney's insistence that Burfield purposely delayed his arrival at the police station to evade accountability.
