Barron Trump Reportedly Working Hard To Ditch Slovenian Accent As He Wants To Fit In With His Peers

Barron Trump may be preparing to make more public appearances, according to recent reports about developments in his life.

Reports claim that the president's son has recently been taking elocution classes, not only for self-improvement but also to help reduce his Slovenian accent.

The move is reportedly aimed at helping Barron Trump better fit in with his American peers after years of being raised largely out of the spotlight by his mother, Melania Trump.

Amid the demands of college life, Barron has reportedly added elocution classes to his schedule.

These classes typically offer lessons that help people improve how they talk, with the main focus being clear and effective speaking.

However, in Barron's case, the reported aim is to soften his Slovenian-tinged accent, which he likely picked up while being raised by his mother, Melania, and his grandparents, Viktor and Amalija Knavs.

It is also believed that this would help him fit in better with his U.S. peers, particularly as being a college student as well as his father's son may necessitate more interactions with people outside his immediate family.

"Barron is very focused on how he presents himself now," a source said about the teenager's decision to Rob Shuter's #ShuterScoop. "He's thoughtful, deliberate, and wants to be confident when he speaks, but he does it quietly, without drawing attention."

While the elocution classes may suggest that Barron is preparing to make more public appearances, they are likely to be few and far between, given the teenager's preference for staying out of the spotlight.

"He stays away from the spotlight whenever possible. He's very aware of his privacy," an insider added.

According to the source, Barron's mother is also actively playing a part to ensure her son's privacy stays that way and is "fiercely protective of him."

The insider's remarks were further echoed by a family friend who also spoke with the outlet about Melania's eagle-eyed care for her son.

"Even as he grows older, Melania watches over him closely. She wants him to have a normal life — free from cameras and public pressure — while still giving him the tools he needs to succeed," the source revealed.

"She's always been hands-on, making sure he's safe and grounded," the insider continued. "That means guidance, protection, and helping him navigate the world on his own terms, alongside the grandparents who were there from day one."

Earlier this year, it was reported that Barron's mother intervened to protect her son's privacy at her husband's exclusive Mar-a-Lago club.

She reportedly threatened to revoke the memberships of individuals who were caught photographing the 19-year-old while he walked through the club's dining area with his father, Donald Trump.

"Melania made it very clear that Barron's privacy is non-negotiable," a source told #ShutterScoop. "Anyone caught filming or taking pictures would face immediate consequences, including potential banning from the club."

Under Melania's watchful eye, the club moved quickly to prevent further leaks, and members caught taking photos were firmly warned.

"The message was clear: no cameras, no leaks. Private family moments stay private," a source also shared.

Melania also took a similarly protective stance in December when her son's private conversation with popular TikTok creator Pastor Stuart Knechtle was leaked by the clergyman on "The George Janko Show" podcast.

"Melania exploded when she heard about it," said a source. "This isn't just disappointment — it's fury."

Another source explained that Melania felt it was a "betrayal" of the access he had to her son.

"Melania has always stressed discretion," added the insider, per The Blast. "She believes her family's private life is sacred. This? It's a betrayal."

At the time, the source also stressed that the mother of one would not tolerate leaks and was determined to impose consequences on anyone who violated her son's privacy.

"Melania's circle is circulating reminders about confidentiality," said an aide to the former model. "Everyone who works with the family knows: leaks will not be tolerated … Barron's moment might have been innocent, but the betrayal? Devastating."
