The social media star claimed that the ex-NFL star's private part is "like .01 percent of the population," adding that it was "the biggest factor" in their divorce.
Matt Kalil insists that Haley Baylee's comment was "degrading" and brought unnecessary attention and distress to his family, particularly his wife.
Haley Baylee Fires Back At Her Ex-Husband For Suing Her Over NSFW Comment

Baylee has responded to a lawsuit filed by her ex-husband, Kalil, suing her for her NSFW comment about his private part during a viral interview with Twitch streamer Marlon.
In a statement to Page Six on Tuesday, the 33-year-old model insisted that she didn't cross the line in any way, noting that she spoke "highly" of him rather.
"The truth is in the original livestream — which is still live on Marlon's YouTube account, I speak highly of [Kalil] in multiple ways throughout that conversation," she told the news outlet, adding that she's "shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing."
"Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal," the former beauty pageant titleholder continued.
She then pointed out six timestamps from the interview where she said good things about him, calling him a "really good guy" and the "greatest guy in the world."
Haley Baylee Compared Matt Kalil's Manhood To 'Two Coke Cans Stacked' On Top Of Each Other

Baylee and Kalil got married in July 2015, but called it quits 7 years later, citing irreconcilable differences.
In the viral interview, she revealed that intimacy issues contributed in no small way to their split, as she described how the sportsman's manhood was quite difficult to put up with, per Page Six.
"We were trying to do the damn thing and [putting in work in their marriage]," she said during the interview.
"Dead-ss … for our whole marriage, dead-ss. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying … Looked up lipo-type sh-t … That's why it's kinda funny. It's like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself," Baylee continued.
"That was the biggest factor," she said, referencing the cause of their split, and then went further to say Kalil's p-nis size is "like 0.01 percent of the population" and his manhood was like "two Coke cans stacked on top of each other, maybe even a third."
"We've tried, impossible unless you're going to be in tears," she added.
Matt Kalil Demands $75,000 In Damages From His Ex-Wife

Since their split, Baylee has become a popular figure on social media, amassing nearly 10 million followers on Instagram and 16 million on TikTok. Meanwhile, Kalil has since remarried his wife, Keilani Asmus, and welcomed their child together in April 2024.
The former NFL offensive lineman filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, claiming her "degrading and deeply personal comments" subjected him to "unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public," per TMZ.
He also added that his family members were affected by her negative comments, particularly his new wife, who purportedly received "disturbing" and "alarming" messages following her viral comments.
He claims Baylee invaded his privacy and accused her of unjustly enriching herself as she benefited financially from the comment and received a surge in followership as a result of it. He's demanding $75,000 in damages.
Matt Kalil's Lawyer Blasts Haley Baylee, Accuses Her Of Chasing 'Fortune And Fame'

In a statement to Page Six, Kalil's lawyer, Ryan Saba, ripped into Baylee, accusing her of chasing “fortune and fame” with her remarks about her ex-husband's manhood.
“Hayley Kalil disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that were of no legitimate public concern and subjected Matt Kalil and his family to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,” the ex-football player's attorney said.
He continued, “Hayley Kalil shared these sensitive personal details about her ex-husband in an apparent quest to seek fortune and fame."
"Her actions were extreme, outrageous, beyond all possible bounds of decency, and have caused substantial harm to Matt Kalil, his family, and his business," Saba added.
Haley Baylee Lamented How Her NSFW Comment Was 'Amplified' More Than Others

After her comment went viral, Baylee lamented how it was seemingly taken out of context and said she "cares deeply" for the former Minnesota Vikings draft pick's privacy.
"I care deeply about respecting his privacy and the integrity of what we shared together," she told Page Six at the time. "During our livestream, we talked about so much more than what's being highlighted — the love in our marriage, the growth we experienced, the depth of our connection."
She added, "It's unfortunate that only one fragment is being amplified, because it doesn't capture the full story of how meaningful things were to me. I hope our hour-and-a-half-long conversation reflects more than a funny soundbite."
In a previous TikTok video, she explained that their split was amicable, contrary to speculations that it may have been contentious.
"I feel like when people break up nowadays, there's supposed to be, like, some big dramatic tell-all of all the ways that they screwed you over and wronged you," she said. "But I feel like the older that I get, my relationships aren't ending like that anymore."
