Inside Tom Brady's Flirty Hangout With Alix Earle As Insiders Claim It Could 'Develop Into Something'

Tom Brady recently shocked the internet after he was seen getting close to newly single Alix Earle at a party in St. Barts.

However, an insider has addressed speculations that they are an item, saying the pair "aren't dating" and the former football star "does his courting behind closed doors."

The source noted that the 23-year age gap between Tom Brady and Alix Earle, as well as conflicting work schedules, would also pose a threat to their being together if they intend to pursue a relationship.

Brady and Earle set tongues wagging following their very flirty encounter at a party in St. Barts earlier this week.

It all began when the seven-time Super Bowl champion and the "Hot Mess" podcast host were seen getting cozy as they danced and chatted away at an exclusive beach club in the Caribbean country.

At some point, Earle drew him in to whisper something to his ear while she passionately rubbed his back. In one intimate scene, the sportsman had his hand around her waist and pulled her in towards himself as they partied away.

Other angles left many convinced the NFL legend planted a kiss on her forehead, with reports also claiming they went outside to talk alone.

The intimate sighting sent the rumor mill into overdrive as an anonymous post on popular celebrity gossip site DeuxMoi noted "Tom Brady and Alix Earle hooking up all week in St Barths."

A source has, however, dispelled rumors claiming Brady and Earle are an item, noting the NFL legend doesn't approach romance in such a public way.

"Tom and Alix aren't dating," the insider told the Daily Mail. "There was lots of flirting, but Tom is always aware of his surroundings and isn't going to get caught in a hot hook-up unless he wants to. He does his courting behind closed doors."

They continued, "It isn't far-fetched that this could develop into something. After all, Alix is single, and she's going to do what she wants to do and go after what she wants. But Tom is definitely in the driver's seat."

Brady seems to be happy being single and is not looking for anything serious following his split from ex-wife Gisele Bundchen.

"If they hang out again, it would be a fling at best," the source added. "But nothing has happened between them as of yet. It's not that Tom isn't interested, it's just too soon for anything more than a fun hangout."

It remains unclear how close they've grown to each other, but the source went further to explain that their 23-year age gap, coupled with their tight schedule, would seemingly pose a threat to anything working out between them.

"The age difference is something that is ultimately going to make Tom rethink anything turning into a relationship," the insider noted. "Plus, he will be busy with work now that the NFL is leading up to the playoffs."

Interestingly, Brady and Earle have had previous relationships sour due to their demanding work schedule. The former New England Patriots star was linked to model Irina Shayk, but an insider told the Daily Mail that their "super busy schedules are the main reason they haven't dove into a full-on relationship with each other."

Unlike Brady, who has been divorced and single for a while now, Earle just recently split from her boyfriend of two years, Braxton Berrios.

About the breakup, the influencer said in a social media post that they were simply on "two different paths."

"Part of me just also really wants to be focusing on myself right now, and I just feel like I can't be what Braxton needs," she said in a clip shared online. "I want him to have someone with him 24/7 who can support him and be there for him."

She added, "I love Braxton; he's my best friend, so it has been very difficult as we're trying to just go forward with this."

Meanwhile, whispers about Brady's potential second marriage have emerged following Bundchen's marriage to her partner, Joaquim Valente.

The star quarterback was married to the Brazilian-born supermodel for 13 years until their split in October 2022.

At the time, she complained that he was more dedicated to the NFL than their home, and finally decided to pull the plug on their marriage after he reversed his decision to retire.

However, Brady is understood to be "happy" for her, with insiders suggesting that his showing any form of animosity would be "unfair to the kids," per the Daily Mail.

"He's happy in the way that is simple: he's happy that she is happy. Down the line, he might get married again, and he would want her to be OK with that, so he has to be OK about it," a source told the news outlet. "If he was upset, that would mean he still has feelings for her and that it would be unfair to the kids if he didn't want to see their mom happy and move on."

They continued, "He's had to move on from two different important relationships, and two mothers to his children. He's learned a lot along the way, and he's taking this next stage in stride. He's being very mature about it and not letting it pick at him negatively in any way."
