Marilyn Manson Turns Himself In, Released Without Bail Over Assault Charges

The legal troubles surrounding Marilyn Manson seem to be piling up by the minute. The rocker, born Brian Hugh Warner, is looking he's finally ready to address them. After months of being judged in the court of public opinion.
On top of the potential sexual assault charges that Manson is facing Manson had an arrest warrant for an assault charge from 2019 for an incident in New Hampshire. That is the charge that he's potentially solved with his actions today. Here is how things went down!
The Assualt Charge
Manson is no stranger to putting himself in awkward situations. This particular courtroom drama that he's finding himself involved in is no different. In this particular incident, a camerawoman who attended a Manson concert in New Hampshire in 2019 claims that Manson had deliberately bent down to "shoot his snot" onto her.
At the time many of the people present at the concert actually backed this story. Manson's attorney, who is quite busy these days, called the claims ludicrous. In any case, he got Manson to address this issue before it progressed any further.
How Bad Was The Incident?
If you take Manson's team's word the issue was nothing major. Eye witness accounts beg to differ though. In those days a person in attendance at the concert told PEOPLE,
"He was spitting everywhere and one time it got on her camera so she wiped it off and looked semi-irritated," they then went on to detail the scene were Manson got up close and personal to "shoot his snot" at the woman saying. "I think her final straw is he got on the floor, got within 2-3 feet of her and hacked a giant snot rocket at her, not the camera. She was pissed off and disgusted so she stormed off and he just laughed."
Manson Turned Himself In
Today Manson turned himself into the Hollywood division of the Los Angeles Police Department. This was part of a deal that was reached between Manson's legal team and the authorities in New Hampshire. Manson was subsequently released without bail. That's not necessarily the end of the issue for Manson. He'll have to appear at 4th Circuit Court, District Division in Laconia, New Hampshire in August.
However, at that date, the matter is potentially going to be resolved rather quickly. That way Manson's legal team can focus on the more serious allegations that have been thrown his way.

The Other Legal Matters
Manson is still facing around 4 different accusations of sexual assault. The last of these accusations came about a week ago. When his former girlfriend Ashley Morgan Smithline filed a lawsuit against him. In it, she details different forms of physical abuse including Manson cutting her in different parts of her body causing her to pass out.
Manson's camp has also publically responded to these latest allegations. Saying that the claims are completely false. Alledging that the couple had a relationship that lasted for a week back in 2010. Since then Manson has not had any contact with Smithline.
