Bailey Zimmerman is spreading holiday cheer in a big way this season. The 25-year-old country music star partnered with Raising Cane’s to surprise 100 children from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee with brand-new bikes and helmets during a festive event held in Nashville this week. Zimmerman made a surprise appearance on December 17 at the Raising Cane’s restaurant, where the kids were met with cheers, holiday décor, and an unforgettable moment they won’t soon forget. The children in attendance were members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating brighter futures for young people across the region. What began as a routine morning quickly turned magical as rows of bikes were rolled out and helmets were handed over, thanks to Raising Cane’s and Zimmerman. Now in its sixth consecutive year, Raising Cane’s annual holiday bike giveaway partners with youth organizations and special guests to deliver meaningful surprises to kids across the country.

Nashville marked just one of many stops this season, as the restaurant chain plans to gift more than 4,000 bikes nationwide. The tradition began with Raising Cane’s founder and CEO, Todd Graves, who set out to recreate the joy he felt receiving a bike on Christmas morning as a child. Zimmerman shared that same excitement while reflecting on his own memories of receiving his first bike.

“Getting my first bike was unbelievable because you’re like, ‘I got a bike. This is crazy. I can go anywhere right now, I’m so free,’” he said during the event, drawing smiles and cheers from the children gathered around him.

Dressed in white pants, a red shirt with white stripes, and a Raising Cane’s Santa hat, Zimmerman couldn’t hide his excitement as he addressed the crowd. He thanked Raising Cane’s for the opportunity and praised Graves for his continued commitment to giving back.

“Well, I’m very excited to be here. First and foremost, I love Raising Cane’s because of the chicken fingers… I mean, come on. And the sauce,” Zimmerman joked, before adding that he’s long admired Graves as a role model because of how much he gives back to communities.

The holiday event comes amid a banner year for Zimmerman professionally, highlighted by a dream collaboration with country superstar Luke Combs that almost didn’t happen. Zimmerman admitted he texted Combs without expecting a response, only to hear back a month later.

“We just clicked,” he said, recalling their studio session and the rare opportunity to film content together. With their track climbing the charts and his career continuing to gain momentum, Zimmerman said the experience has been nothing short of surreal. “It’s a dream come true,” he said. “I never thought it would happen, but I’m so glad it did.”

As his music evolves, so does the way he talks about success, not as something that arrived fully formed, but as something built through risk, timing, and the people who believed in him before he believed in himself.

"I didn't even start singing until 2020," he shared. "I was building gas pipelines. A guy I didn't even like at the time told me, 'Dude, you gotta sing.' And that changed everything."

That same grounded perspective was on full display in Nashville, where Zimmerman traded the stage for a Santa hat and turned a simple Cane’s visit into a moment 100 kids won’t forget.
