Over the last few years, speculation about the twins' relationship has swirled after a clip of Tia revealing they were no longer as close went viral. Since then, eagle-eyed fans have searched for clues, pointing to anything and everything that might offer insight into the 47-year-olds' dynamic. However, it appears the search was in vain, as the pop culture phenoms are doing better than ever.

Sisters Tia And Tamera Are Doing Just Fine These Days

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Tia finally addressed rumors about her relationship with her sister, Tamera. According to the "Instant Mom" star, what fans have seen over the last few years is a change resulting from the sisters' evolving lifestyles. "The world, they’re so used to seeing all of us together, but at the end of the day, we all grow up. We all have our own families," Tia said.

Continuing, the mother of two admitted that there is more space between the pair than most are used to seeing. However, she clarified that this is due to them pursuing individual opportunities, not because there is tension. To compensate, Tia said they've made a "pact" to reach out to each other on Sundays, revealing, "... as long as we make time for each other, that's all that matters."

The chatter about Tia and Tamera's relationship began over a year ago, when Tia admitted to producers on her reality show, "Tia Mowry: My Next Act," that she and Tamera were no longer close.

"I came into this world with a twin, and right after that, I went into a 22-year relationship, so I have never been alone in my life. It has been quite a journey," Tia said before revealing how challenging it was for her to be alone while going through a divorce.

"Being alone has been the most challenging part of my divorce," she added. "It's times like this when I feel and wish that my sister and I were still close, and I could pick up the phone and call her. But that's just not where we are right now."

Rumors Only Intensified When Tamera Revealed She Found Out About Tia's Show With The World

Comments and speculation about the "17 Again" stars intensified when Tamera revealed she was left out of the loop about Tia's return to reality TV.

In fact, she told an interviewer that she "found out with the rest of the world" before extending her sister a bit of grace. "Tia is living her life right now, and Tia is doing Tia," she said.

Tamera didn't seem to harbor any hard feelings, however, noting that Tia likely wanted the series to be her own project. "No, she’s like, this is my story, and you know, I can only respect that," Tamera said.

Tia and Tamera previously starred in a reality show on the Style Network from 2011 to 2013, filming three seasons and 40 episodes.

These days, Tia and Tamera are back to working together, recently appearing in a new campaign for HomeGoods' "Deck the Everything Day."

The Mowry Twins Excite Social Media With Heartwarming Post

On social media, the pair uploaded a video teasing their collaborative project, set to a viral TikTok sound.

The clip featured the two women clad in all pink, strutting down a hallway, telling fans that they have returned as a duo.

"Missed yall!" someone wrote, while another shared, "I just got so excited!"

"You're powerful separately, but a FORCE together," another user posted.
