Ashton Kutcher's friends are urging him to put more effort into his marriage to Mila Kunis amid recent focus on work.
The "That '70s Show" star has been busy tending to his business, as he recently joined the Soho House board of directors after making a massive investment in the company that acquired it.
Mila Kunis previously noted that nobody saw her relationship with Ashton Kutcher coming, saying her parents were in "shock" when they became a thing.
Why Ashton Kutcher's Friends Are Concerned About His Marriage To Mila Kunis

Kutcher's friends want him to step up efforts in his marriage to Mila Kunis, suggesting the actor has become complacent in their relationship.
The power couple has been going strong in their relationship after tying the knot in 2015. However, it appears that since the 47-year-old actor joined the board of MCR Hotels, a major U.S. hotel owner-operator that made a $2.7 billion deal to take Soho House, he has been busy paying attention to business.
"Ashton's focus is on the tech world. He's kind of lost interest in Hollywood," a source told Star Magazine. "These are people they've known for years, and suddenly Ashton doesn't have time for them. All his energy is tied up with these investments and befriending these tech bros."
He also doesn't seem to have time for his friend anymore, with the source adding that he has "little time for socializing."
"Ashton has no problem with it because he's got his fingers in so many pies, but Mila finds it very isolating," they noted.
Ashton Kutcher And Mila Kunis Are On 'Two Very Different Paths'

It's not known whether or not Kutcher's attention to his business ventures has adversely affected his relationship with his wife, but insiders say the "Bad Moms" star isn't calling it quits on Hollywood just yet.
The source shared that the 42-year-old actress "doesn't want to give up her life in Los Angeles or her career," going further to add that "she still has a lot she wants to accomplish and a lot of exciting projects in the works, so just turning her back on Hollywood isn't an option."
Kutcher and Kunis are understood to be "on two very different paths right now," with the source noting that's something "they need to figure out, which is going to be tough."
Mila Kunis Speaks On Her Relationship With The Actor

Meanwhile, Kunis recently reflected on her marriage with Kutcher, detailing how she never saw their relationship coming years after co-starring on the "That '70s Show."
The pair first met on the show but stayed 6 years apart, after which they reconnected, much to the surprise of everyone in their lives.
"If anybody ever goes and says that they saw this coming, they are a filthy liar," she told WSJ Style in an interview published Dec. 1. "My parents were in shock. I was in shock. There was no version of this where someone at one point said, 'Oh yeah, I always knew.'"
She even added that if she'd heard that claim, she would say, "'The f-ck are you talking about? There's no way.'"
The Couple Reconnected At An Award Show, And Sparks Flew

Kunis said that "the second" she reconnected with him, she knew things were different than their previous encounters.
"It's such a weird thing to put into words, but we didn't see each other for probably three to five years," she explained. "We always kept in touch, so we always checked in."
Kunis continued, "Then we ran into each other at an award show, and we both thought the other one was cute."
Mila Kunis Gushes Over How Ashton Kutcher Loves Her

Kunis opened up about how much Kutcher loves her and the lengths he goes to put a smile on her face.
The actress is a fan of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives," and shared her reaction to meeting some of the show's cast on FaceTime thanks to her husband.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, she confirmed that the chat happened indeed, saying, "My husband's really great at loving me."
"He accepts me for who I am," Kunis said. "He'll be reading a book about, like, quantum physics while I'm watching Real Housewives, and that's okay. That's what makes us work."
She noted that at the time when they FaceTimed, she was "barely awake."
"He was like, 'You'll be happy about this.' And he just turns the phone, and it's the ladies from the [show]," she said, showing how shocked she was.
"I was like 'Oh my god!' And he knows me so well, and I was like, 'Hey, girls! What's happening?!' It was great," Kunis added.
