Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's Former Chief of Staff Speaks About Working For The Couple

Yet another former staffer of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has spoken out about their experience working for the couple. To many people's surprise though, there's a little less drama involved this time around. At least compared to what we've gotten used to seeing in the stories surrounding the couple.
Catherine St-Laurent is the new former staffer who has gone public with her experiences working for the Sussexes. It's safe to say from her claims that she had a rather pleasant time working with Meghan and Harry.

For those people who don't remember the news of St-Laurent joining the Archwell foundation last year here's a little background. St-Laurent was a high staff member at the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation before being lured out of her former post to work with Harry and Meghan in March of last year.
She not only had vast experience working with high-profile foundations she probably knew a thing or two about dealing with high profile super-rich couples as well. In the last year, it's hard to say whose produced more drama Bill & Melinda or Harry & Meghan!
What She's Saying About Working With Harry & Meghan
St-Laurent had nothing but words of praise for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Saying to The Cut,
"They are incredibly talented and creative leaders. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to do that, to be able to be with them on their journey. The time that I spent with them was incredibly fulfilling."
Everything sounds like it was sunshine and rainbows. There is one thing that many people are wondering though. If everything was so great why did she decide to stop working for the royals after only one year? Particularly, since the foundation was just starting out and potentially needed a lot of work to get off the ground.
Becoming Independent
You stopped working for them after only one year? Are you sure there was no bullying involved in your decision to leave? As we've mentioned it truly seems like St-Laurent's experience was a positive one. Despite the fact that she worked for the couple for a relatively short time. She actually left the Archwell foundation to start an independent business venture called Acora Partners.
What St-Laurent and her associates now do is provide external advisory services to some of the top non-profit organizations in the world. With a curriculum that includes working for Bill & Melinda and Harry & Meghan, we can't imagine she'd have too much trouble finding new clients!
What We Know About The Bullying Case
A lot was certainly made about the fact that Meghan Markle allegedly treated different members of her staff poorly when she was still an active royal. There was also said to be an independent prove looking into the situation. This would mean that at some point Meghan may have to come back to the UK to deal with the situation.
It seems though rather likely that the issue will ultimately be swept under the rug. It's not Royal Family-like to settle family issues in court. Since the first time that Harry and Meghan spoke out against the family The Queen herself mentioned they would deal with those matters in private!
