As the year winds down, A$AP Rocky is already picturing a classic Christmas surrounded by warmth and nostalgia.

Speaking to E! News at the 2025 Gotham Film Awards, he shared his vision for the holiday with Rihanna and their three children, RZA, 3, Riot, 2, and baby Rocki, born in September.

“I’m looking forward to white Christmas with snow and some chestnuts roasting,” he revealed. “Logs in the fireplace, stuff like that.”

However, beyond the cozy holiday imagery, he emphasized what truly matters most. “Togetherness,” he said softly. “Just being together, that’s enough.”

A$AP Rocky explained that time with his children tops his wish list every time.

Calling the experience “a dream come true,” he added, “Be with your family and watch them grow.”

While preparing for Christmas with three young children, A$AP Rocky reflected on the emotional transformation that came with welcoming his daughter.

As a new girl dad, he admitted the shift caught him off guard in the best way.

“Being a girl dad at this point kinda makes you more vulnerable,” he told E! News during the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards. “And I’m ready for that stage in my life. It makes you way more agile and precious with everything.”

Still, he made it clear that the experience of fatherhood as a whole has been profoundly meaningful.

“Being a dad in general is just amazing,” he added. “It’s life-changing.”

As A$AP Rocky looks ahead to a warm, family-filled Christmas with Rihanna and their three children, a very different situation has been unfolding back in New York.

In November, the rapper found himself at the center of a $1.1 million lawsuit after renovations inside his Manhattan condo allegedly triggered a destructive flood that damaged several units below his home.

According to court documents filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on October 30 and obtained by PEOPLE, the incident dates back to December 2024, when Rocky, real name Rakim Mayers, hired ADE Pro Painting to remodel his condo.

However, on December 23, 2024, multiple hot water pipes “originating in and around Mr. Mayers’s unit burst,” sending a sudden rush of water downward into neighboring apartments.

The neighbor, listed in the suit as Chez Ni LLC, described the flooding as “destructive,” claiming it caused extensive damage to furnishings, fixtures, structural improvements, and personal belongings.

Their unit was left “uninhabitable while repairs and restoration were ongoing,” and the condo board allegedly billed them more than $42,000 for emergency cleanup, including soaked sheetrock removal and dehumidifier installation. The plaintiff insists they should not be responsible for these charges, since the water leak allegedly began inside Rocky’s home.

In total, Chez Ni LLC sought $1.1 million, $900,000 for property damage and $200,000 in relocation costs after being displaced starting on Christmas Eve 2024.

The suit accused A$AP Rocky, his contractor, the condo board, and Rocky’s representative, Tyson Beem, of negligence.

The condo lawsuit arrived months after A$AP Rocky closed out one of the most high-profile criminal cases of his career.

Back in February, a Los Angeles jury acquitted him of two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm.

The case stemmed from a 2021 altercation in Hollywood involving A$AP Relli, who claimed the rapper fired two shots that grazed his knuckles.

Rocky had refused a plea deal, maintaining his innocence throughout the two-week trial.

When the verdict was read, he leapt into the gallery to hug Rihanna and thanked the jurors, saying, “Thank y’all for saving my life.”

Rihanna later celebrated the outcome, writing, “The glory belongs to God and God alone! Thankful, humbled by his mercy!”

The acquittal had marked a turning point, allowing the rapper to shift his focus back to family and music.
