Sydney Sweeney was recently praised by her "Christy" co-star Ben Foster for her professionalism and stamina amid what seems to be a never-ending backlash plaguing the actress.

While navigating controversies, including criticism over an American Eagle ad, political affiliation, and family photos, she has remained composed and unfazed in her interviews.

Sweeney is showing remarkable resilience as she navigates the most intense pressures Hollywood can throw her way, according to her "Christy" co-star Ben Foster.

"She's in a zeitgeist worldview that is… unique," he said. "And I think she's handling it incredibly well. She's a powerhouse."

He also praised her savvy on social media, a realm he personally avoids.

"I'm not on any social media at all," Foster noted. "And have never been. I think [my representatives] know me better than to push me into that. But she plays in that field. It's so important to this generation, to the future. I find her incredibly impressive."

Even with her professional poise, Sweeney admits the constant scrutiny can take a toll.

Speaking to Sky News, she revealed that asking for help is difficult because of the fear that it will be perceived as weakness.

"There's so much expectation on women to have it all together," she said. "If we ask for help, people think we're unprepared. A man can ask, and no one cares."

Amid the pressure, the "Euphoria" star finds ways to recharge. Over Thanksgiving, she traded Florida's sunny Keys for a chilly lake, posting a video waterskiing in a black wetsuit despite 42-degree weather.

The source described the dinner setting as "intimate and relaxed," noting that Sweeney seemed cheerful, laughing, and chatting throughout the game.

Shortly afterward, she was photographed slipping into a different vehicle, this time with Jonathan Davino, 42, behind the wheel. Images showed the two-time Emmy nominee ducking into the passenger seat as Davino drove off.

However, their apparent amicability did not last. TMZ reported that at one point during the encounter, Sweeney shouted, "I don't believe you. Please leave, leave me alone."

It's still unclear what caused the intense moment between the former lovers.
