The relatives of Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre are reportedly locked in a dispute over the multimillion-dollar estate she left behind after her death.
In the absence of a will, various family members have initiated legal claims to assert their rights to the estate. Giuffre had accumulated significant wealth through the settlements she secured in her cases against Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and the then-Prince Andrew.
At the time of Virginia Giuffre's death, she was in the process of divorcing her estranged husband, Robert Giuffre, with whom she shares three children.
Virginia Giuffre's Estate Is Reportedly Worth Millions Of Dollars

Virginia Giuffre's family is reportedly feuding over the estate she left behind following her death earlier in the year.
The sex trafficking survivor, who was Jeffery Epstein's most prominent accuser, died by suicide amid reawakened focus on the crimes of her trafficker.
But she left behind no will, which meant there was no legal instruction on how her estate would be shared between those she left behind, per The Telegraph.
It is believed that Giuffre's estate is worth millions of dollars due to the various settlements she received from her lawsuit against her traffickers and their alleged collaborators.
The 41-year-old is said to have received in 2022 at least a $12 million settlement from disgraced then-Prince Andrew, whom she claimed she had several sexual encounters with when she was trafficked by Epstein and his right-hand woman, Ghislaine Maxwell.
Giuffre was previously paid $500,000 by Epstein in 2009 as part of a settlement over her sex-trafficking and abuse allegations, and later secured an additional undisclosed payout from Maxwell in 2017.
The Late Sex Trafficking Survivor Left Behind Multiple Properties

Beyond the settlements, Giuffre left behind properties she purchased alongside her estranged husband, Robert.
One of the properties is an extravagant beachside mansion in Perth's seaside suburb of Ocean Reef, Western Australia. The six-bedroom home was purchased for $1.9 million in November 2020.
Two other properties purchased by the couple were a six-bedroom house in Heathridge for $865,000 and a five-bedroom property in the nearby suburb of Connolly for $895,000
Both were purchased within three months of each other in 2022 and may have been funded by the money Giuffre received from the former Duke of York.
Virginia Giuffre And Her Estranged Husband's Portfolio Expanded In 2023

Per reports, Giuffre and Robert's portfolio expanded again in July 2023 with the $1.2 million purchase of a 16.48-hectare rural property in Neergabby, situated approximately an hour north of Perth.
After Giuffre's passing, her posthumous memoir was released, and she may have received advance payments and royalties from it.
At the moment, it's unclear whether these earnings are also part of the ongoing dispute.
A Hearing On The Division Of The Estate Is Slated For Later This Week

Right now, the estate is being managed by a provisional administrator as it moves toward a case management hearing slated for Friday at the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
However, as it stands, Robert may walk away with up to a third of Giuffre's estate due to an Australian law on inheritance rights.
He and Giuffre were already in the process of divorcing, but since it wasn't finalized before her death, Robert's claim to her estate remains valid.
Robert will have to contend with Giuffre's younger brother, Sky Roberts, and her half-brother, Danny Wilson, who are challenging his right to her estate.
They are also reportedly interested in claiming ownership of the Speak Out, Act, Reclaim, which Giuffre was launching for survivors of sex trafficking.
Several other relatives have stepped forward to contest the claim, including Giuffre's aunt, Kimberly Roberts.
"We don't believe they have a right to it. The estate should go to her children only," she told the news outlet, referencing Robert and Giuffre's kids, sons Christian and Noah, and daughter Emily.
Virginia Giuffre Was Allegedly Under Enormous Pressure Prior To Her Death

Despite alternative claims by netizens and even family members of Giuffre, her death was ruled a suicide.
Later on, another one of Epstein's victims, Annie Farmer, hinted at what pushed Giuffre to end her life.
"I just know that being involved in this case has been an enormous amount of pressure for her, generally, in all the cases she was involved in," Farmer told the Telegraph, referencing Giuffre's case with then-Prince Andrew.
Reflecting further on Giuffre's death, Farmer noted that there have been people who "have just been really vicious towards" the late 41-year-old ever since she spoke out about her abuse.
She believes this made all the support Giuffre received insufficient to make her life "anything easier."
"I think for her, it was next level because of that, because of the Prince part in particular," Farmer added. "I think that was tremendously hard. These kinds of battles, it feels like it's just always ongoing."
