Former “Real Housewives of New York” star Bethenny Frankel is feeling the spirit of American freedom while enjoying her 4th of July weekend, even though she’s currently not anywhere near the U.S. The 50-year-old entrepreneur shared – an apparent – throwback photo of herself lounging in the backyard on an impressive pool inflatable with patriotic vibes.
“Red, White & B.” Bethenny captioned the photo while asking her 2.3 million followers about their own weekend holiday plans.
It’s unclear what type of responses Bethenny Frankel was getting from her followers because not long after posting her bikini shot, she disabled the comments on the post. Although her photo received over 17,000 likes, nobody was able to share their 4th of July plans with the former “RHONY” star.
It’s possible some of the comments had to do with the fact that Bethenny is not currently in the U.S. on the most patriotic day of the year, because she is actually in Italy, as many big fashion shows have been going on around Europe.
Showing the picturesque town of Torno, a town about 45 miles north of Milan, Bethenny was living her best life while drinking wine and eating fresh pizza.
Staying Fit at 50
Bethenny Frankel is embracing recently turning 50 and enjoys sharing her secrets to staying youthful with her followers.
“When I turned 50, I wasn’t shy about talking about it. I’m very intentional with what I put into my body and I am proud of what it has been able to do for me,” the former reality star recently wrote on Instagram.
Developing her own line of skincare supplements under the Skinnygirl brand, Bethenny gave some insight into the benefits of collagen.
“We are all spending a lot more time in the sun, which can leave our skin feeling dehydrated, she explained. Always the saleswoman, Bethenny added, “Our Collagen Enhancer supplements contain Vitamin C to help the skin’s production of collagen. Collagen helps with hydration and reducing wrinkles.”

Along with running her growing empire, Bethenny Frankel continues to show her humanitarian spirit, most recently launching a campaign to help raise money for those affected by the devastating condo collapse in Miami. In just a short amount of time, Bethenny revealed that her group was able to raise more than $320,000 plus more to help with aide and recovery efforts.
“I’m amazed at what this community was able to pull together and do in just a week,” Bethenny wrote. She added, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me make a huge impact on those suffering from the aftermath of the Surfside Tower collapse.”
