Britney Spears's father, Jamie Spears, is expected to become the sole conservator of her $60 Million estate after the company which had been working with the conservatorship is reportedly quitting the case.

According to reports, Bessemer Trust -- the company brought in to co-manage Britney's financial affairs -- is bailing on the conservatorship after concerns were raised last week over the details of Britney's care. Apparently, the financial institution decided it does not want to get involved with the controversy surrounding the conservatorship.

The company allegedly doesn't want to deal with Jamie Spears, who is currently the co-conservator of the estate. Plus, they reportedly have had issues with Britney's lawyer too. And...as you can imagine, after Britney's shocking testimony in court, the company wants nothing to do with the upcoming issues.

As we reported, the court approved Bessemer Trust as a co-conservator of Britney's estate, along with her father Jamie Spears. But, the company never really got started after Britney's attorney reportedly didn't file the paperwork for things to taken effect until a few days ago. In court documents, obtained by The Blast, BS's request to suspend Jamie from the estate was denied.

So, for now, it appears Jamie Spears will remain the sole conservator of her estate.

As you can imagine, this is raising major concern for people who listened to Britney's heartbreaking testimony about the way she has been treated over the past decade. For many of those years, her father was in charge of many of the decisions about her life.  We are guessing in the next few weeks, Britney will file to terminate the entire conservatorship case, but for now, she will still need to deal with her father.

As we reported, celebrities like Iggy Azalea have come out in support of Britney Spears, even claiming she had "personally witnessed" the abusive style behavior from Britney's father. “During the time we worked together in 2015, I personally witnessed the same behavior Britney detailed in regards to her father last week and I just want to back her up & tell the world that: She is not exaggerating or lying," Iggy said. Adding, "Her father conveniently waited until literally moments before the BMAs performance when I was backstage in the dressing room & told me if I did not sign an NDA he would not allow me on stage,” Iggy claimed. Adding, “The way he went about getting me to sign a contract, sounded similar to the tactics Britney spoke about last week in regards to her Las Vegas show."

Bottom line, this is long from over, and we expect a flurry of legal documents to be filed from both sides in the coming days.
