Chrishell Stause is finding peace away from the "Selling Sunset" set!
The reality star who ruled Netflix on the real estate show for nine solid seasons revealed she is done with the franchise for good and does not have to deal with the editors allegedly making her look bad anymore.
Chrishell Stause's exit comes months after her non-binary partner, singer G Flip, expressed her displeasure about appearing on the show alongside the TV personality due to how artificial the entire production feels.
Chrishell Stause Claims 'Selling Sunset' Is No Longer Healthy For Her Mental Health

The reality star explained in her latest interview that she had gone back and forth over the decision several times in the past, but now her mind is entirely made up.
She confessed that due to her humble upbringing, it felt a bit taxing to leave it all behind and walk away from money, but now she could not care less, and even "Jesus Christ himself" can not change her mind.
"I've gotten to a place where I don't need the show financially. I'm lucky to have other forms of employment, because it's no longer good for my mental health," Stause declared.
In the interview, the reality TV star also revealed that the show's creator has been bombarding her phone with text messages and calls in a bid to get her back on board.
She declared to Bustle in their interview that the actions of the editors, especially their deliberate omissions, had an adverse effect on her and her reputation, especially with the atmosphere surrounding the show. In her words:
"I get it, they want to make a light show," she says. "And if I were doing a show with less problematic people, I could totally see their point."

Towards the end of Stause's days on the show, she got into a blowout with her former friend and co-star Emma Hernan, whose partnership with Blaks Davis posed a threat to their friendship.
Stause explained that Davis had previously made terrible remarks about non-binary people and the LGBTQ+ community, which is also a direct insult to her partner.
Stause expressed in the interview, "With Emma, I just look like an overbearing friend. But there are so many things that would've completely vindicated me and my opinion, and they left all of it out."
The media personality added that the final confirmation she needed to let the show go came as she sat through the reunion show. Despite her less-than-pleasant experience on the show in its nine seasons, Stause insisted that she holds no bitterness towards them and the rest of the cast.
She is now focused on conquering the next frontier of her television endeavor, which may feature an appearance in a queer holiday movie.

Who else is in a better position to bear witness to everything Stause went through on the set of "Selling Sunset" than her life partner, who had also made remarks about having less than a perfect experience on the show?
As stated by The Blast, G Flip has opened up about how being around cameras nearly every day makes them feel. "But [for me] sitting in a room and being asked to have a normal conversation while there are eight cameras around and lighting, I found it really, really tough," the star explained.
All the glitz and flashes of this life come with torturing effects on his very professional wife, and they are always there to witness it in real time. They noted that their partner usually comes back home feeling drained with one thing or the other to say about their day.
G Flip is always there to listen and provide succor for their partner, the same way she is the biggest fan of their music career. The drummer recalled their partner once offering to buy their music and also help them release it.
The 44-Year-Old And Nicole Young Were Two Parallel Lines On The Show

Hernan was not Stause's only adversary on the show; she also got into a beef with Young, as she even threatened to pull out of the show should she appear to film its new season.
The Blast noted that the issue between the former friends broke out when Young accused her of snatching one of her real estate listings in the past and also working her way through Oppenheim's ranks in shady ways.
In her response, Stause accused Young of reinforcing an anti-LBGTQ stance given that she liked disparaging content about her relationship with G Flip. Allegations of harmful drug usage also got into the mix, with Young on the receiving end.
The duo did achieve a period of peace in their strained relationship, but things heated up again as soon as Young accused Hernan (Stause's best friend at the time) of having an affair with a married man.
Stause then accused Netflix of encouraging Young's dangerous attitude and refusing to provide Hernan an opportunity to defend herself.
Chrishell Stause Detailed Her Struggles With Fertility

As all of these went on, the Netflix star also found herself dealing with finding solutions to her infertility after two failed rounds of IVF.
She, however, picked herself for the third time, informing her fans that it might also be her last time giving that path a chance. Stause and G Flip got candid about their attempts at starting a family and the challenges of doing it as a queer couple:
"We're in a situation where it's not easy to have kids. It's not like we can have one naturally. There are so many steps, there's so much planning, there are so many complications and things that can go wrong."
The couple also spoke on how they were initially in separate phases about starting a family; while Stause looked forward to becoming a mother, G Flip confessed that she was a bit torn about the situation.
The Netflix star had previously ended a relationship with her "Selling Sunset" co-star, Jason Oppenheim, over his refusal to have kids.
Wishing Chrishell Stause all the luck in her future endeavors!
