Alec Baldwin and his brother, Stephen Baldwin, were involved in a shocking car crash on Monday.
The actor, who seems to attract trouble wherever he goes, had earlier been embroiled in legal issues when he was accused of fatally shooting Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of "Rust."
There have also been rumors that Alec Baldwin's marriage to his wife, Hilaria, is in trouble, as she often takes off her wedding band during work, but she recently dispelled those rumors.
Alec Baldwin And His Brother Were Involved In A Car Crash

Alec and Stephen were involved in a shocking car crash on Monday, but were thankfully spared.
According to TMZ, the famous brothers appeared to be on a leisurely drive earlier today when they rammed head-on into a tree in East Hampton, New York.
The front of the Range Rover vehicle was totally destroyed, with police officers rallying round to investigate the incident while it rained.
It remains unclear who exactly owns the car and which of the brothers was driving it at the time of the accident.
In pictures obtained by the news outlet, a garbage truck is visible in the frame, but the truck company stated that the crash wasn't its driver's fault.
The Actor Was Recently Hit With Divorce Rumors

In Alec's personal life, he has been plagued by rumors of a split from his wife, Hilaria, after eagle-eyed fans observed she has been ditching her ring.
Earlier this month, a fan called her out for not wearing it while rehearsing for season 34 of "Dancing With The Stars."
"Don't worry, Cammy," Hilaria wrote alongside an Instagram video, per E! News. "Got my Alec stand-in here while he is gone working."
She made sure to show off how much she loves her husband as she was seen cuddling a toy of his character, Adam, from the 1988 classic "Beetlejuice."
"And [the] ring is right here," she added. "(Tho I don't wear to practice because it hurts with the crazy stuff we are doing)."
Alec And Hilaria Baldwin's Marriage

Alec and Hilaria met at a restaurant in New York City in 2011, before tying the knot the following year.
They share seven kids together: Carmen, Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo, Eduardo, María Lucía, and Ilaria.
The "Drunk Parents" actor often made time to support his wife while she competed on "Dancing With The Stars" alongside professional dancing partner Gleb Savchenko.
During the season 34 premiere episode, the actor made a surprise appearance to cheer on Hilaria; however, shots of Alec in the crowd went viral due to his seemingly unhappy facial expression.
Negative comments also plagued Alec's "DWTS" outing due to his ties to the "Rust" shooting incident.
The Actor Was Accused Of Fatally Shooting The 'Rust' Cinematographer

The Oscar-winning actor was embroiled in a court battle after he was accused of fatally shooting cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the 2021 film "Rust."
The incident happened while he was rehearsing with a loaded gun on the set of the film at the time. The director, Joel Souza, was also injured in the shooting.
Alec maintained that he didn't pull the trigger, but forensics disagreed. He also claimed he was told there were no live rounds in the weapon before he used it.
The actor faced up to 18 months behind bars if he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Hutchins.
However, the legal battle hit a snag. As reported by The Blast, the case was dismissed in July 2024 after it was revealed that prosecutors had withheld evidence from the scene from Alec's defense team, which could have shown how a live round arrived there in the first place.
The Special Prosecutor Expressed 'Regret' Over The Dismissal Of The Case Against Alec Baldwin

The deceased's family has since launched the Halyna Hutchins Foundation, which seems to advocate for safer practices in the industry, promote safety education, and honor her legacy as a talented filmmaker.
Additionally, after attempting to appeal the dismissal of the case, special prosecutor Kari Morrissey announced that she had withdrawn the state's appeal of the order that had thrown out the lawsuit.
"The state's efforts to continue to litigate the case in a fair and comprehensive manner have been met with multiple barriers that have compromised its ability to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law," Morrissey's statement said.
The legal expert then expressed "regret" over being unable to make Alec Baldwin be "held accountable for the role he played in the death of Halyna Hutchins," adding that "as we withdraw the appeal, we do so with the hope that the outstanding lawsuits bring some measure of justice to the family of Halyna Hutchins."
