"Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen has finally broken his silence following Wendy and Eddie Osefo's arrest on felony fraud charges. During his radio show, Cohen addressed the elephant in the room with his listeners and expressed his feelings about the surprising accusations made against the "Real Housewives of Potomac" couple. And Cohen isn't the only one in the Bravoverse reacting to the news, as Wendy's co-star, Ashley Darby, mocked the former political commentator during an event in Washington, DC.

Andy Cohen Admits He's 'Sad' About Wendy And Eddie Osefo's Arrest

On October 13, 2025, Cohen told his "Radio Andy" listeners that he found out about the charges against Wendy and Eddie on Friday morning, adding, "there's not much that I can say."

The "Real Housewives" EP went on, "I know nothing of the charges more than you guys do, than what I've read."

According to Cohen, he's deeply impacted by Wendy and Eddie's arrest.

"I'm really sad about this," the father of two said. "I'm a Wendy fan and she has been a great Housewife and a great role model."

Wendy Osefo Gets Roasted By Her 'RHOP' Co-Star

Cohen, however, might be one of the few members of the Bravoverse with a soft spot for Wendy and her husband.

Darby, one of Wendy's "RHOP" co-stars, addressed the situation during a singing event at Mr. Henry's in DC and wasted no time throwing shade at the mother of three.

"We're making melodies, not felonies, if you know what I mean," she said. "I'm just throwing it out there. In case there's any confusion, that's what we're doing around here. That's all I'm doing here. Just making melodies."

And Darby didn't stop there; the "Potomac" OG told the audience that Wendy and Eddie's arrest wasn't shocking to her or the other cast members.

"This is just news to y'all," she said. "Zen Wen is in the pen."

Wendy And Eddie Osefo Arrested And Charged With Felony Fraud

Wendy and Eddie were arrested on Thursday, October 9, by members of the Carroll County Sheriff's Office and charged with several counts of felony fraud.

According to law enforcement, Wendy and Eddie are accused of reporting an alleged burglary in April 2024 that police say never happened.

At the time of the initial report, Wendy and Eddie allegedly told officers that several high-value items from their home, including shoes, handbags, and jewelry, were stolen.

During the investigation, law enforcement officers reportedly found that many of the items Wendy and Eddie alleged were stolen had already been returned to the store, "where a full refund was provided prior to the alleged burglary."

Wendy and Eddie allegedly reported $450,000 property loss to their insurance company.

While the alleged burglary was not a storyline during season 9 of "RHOP," Wendy detailed the "heartbreaking" event during a previous podcast interview with host Gibson Johns on "Gabbing with Gib" in 2024.

During the podcast, Wendy said she believed the alleged robbery happened "right before" filming for season 9 began, adding that she was "uneasy" in front of the cameras because her family had "just been violated."

Wendy also noted that she and the investigators believed the break-in was "targeted," mainly because her neighborhood hadn't seen any crime since being developed over 20 years ago.

The reality star, who often boasts on "RHOP" about her four degrees, one of which is a PhD, later mentioned her kids and explained how terrifying it was knowing they could've been harmed during the alleged incident.

"Where I live is for their safety, for them to have ample acres to run, play, enjoy, free of anything," Wendy said. "When someone comes into your home, which is such a sacred space, and violates you in such a way, you start questioning things."
