During his sentencing, Diddy's other children addressed the court and pleaded for mercy.

According to a previous report from The Blast, his son, Justin, called the "Making the Band" creator "my superhero" before insisting he has "more to give the world ... [and his] children."

Diddy's other son, Quincy, shared a similar message and told the judge his father had learned a "major lesson" behind bars. "Week after week, we’ve seen him evolve, something we haven’t seen in 15 years. He’s completely transformed," he said.

Diddy's twin daughters, Jessie and D'Lila, spoke in front of the court, according to VIBE, and broke down in tears, admitting their father "isn't perfect."

"But, your honor, he is still our dad, and we still need him present in our lives," Jessie said.

D'Lila, for her part, told the judge that she and her siblings were "scared of the thought of not having our dad ... present in our lives."

The 18-year-old also mentioned their little sister, Love, saying their family is terrified of having to explain to her where their father is.

"We cannot watch our baby sister grow up fatherless the same way we had to grow up fatherless," D'Lila said. "Please, your honor, please, give our family the chance to heal together, to rebuild, to change, to move forward, not as a headline but as human beings who are trying to do better."

The Blast also reported on Diddy's emotional meltdown following his 50-month sentence. Sources close to the rapper shared that he was in "total shock" after learning his time behind bars was not complete.

The insider shared that Diddy, who had been arrested in September 2024 and remained in custody until his trial in the summer of 2025, remained frozen when the judge read him his fate.

Apparently, Diddy believed "he'd get out with time served," and the insider pointed to alleged promises his legal team made to him before his October sentencing.

Reports also surfaced during his sentencing that the court criticized Diddy for allegedly booking speaking engagements before he even knew whether he'd be a free man.

However, now that he's set to serve another three years in custody, the source says the rapper's plans are halted, causing concern that he'll be in financial ruin once he's released.

Following Diddy's sentencing, social media users reacted to the news, with many questioning the court's decision and recalling the harrowing testimony of Diddy's victims, including his ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura.

"This whole case has been immensely disappointing to watch play out," someone wrote on Reddit. "I hope that his victims get justice in some way one day."

Another user wrote, "So, 13 months served already means Diddy will be out no later than the end of 2028. What a disgrace."

Others responded, suggesting they weren't surprised by Diddy's sentence.

"For f-ck's sake. Once again, the rich and powerful get away with everything. And yes, 4 years is nothing," someone posted.

"A high-profile millionaire only getting 4 years in prison? He'll be fine. What a f-cking embarrassment on the justice system," another wrote. "Welcome to America, where you get the justice you can afford."
