As the duo advance further in their divorce proceedings with Richards requesting a permanent restraining order against her estranged husband, Sheen may now be invited to say one or two.

As reported by ABC7, it remains to be confirmed when Sheen will appear in court; however, he was not present on Monday, October 6.

Richards and Sheen began their whirlwind romance after meeting on a movie set in the early 2000s, and started a relationship in 2001 during which he proposed.

The proposal came on the heels of the 9/11 terror attack and the celebration of his three and a half years of sobriety. However, shortly after he was cast on "Two and a Half Men," the cracks began to appear on the wall, and the actor returned to prescription pills, eventually parting ways with the actress.
