Christina Haack and ex-husband, Ant Anstead have waived the right to collect spousal and child support from one another and will share joint custody of their son.

According to the couple's divorce settlement, obtained by The Blast, the ex-couple has agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son, Hudson London, and will share the responsibility of making decisions regarding his "health, education, welfare, and religion." The famous duo will split parenting time with him, agreeing to split custody right down the middle each week, including every other weekend.

In the filing, both parties have agreed to provide "zero" support per month to the other. Plus, while the child is in their custody, each parent will be responsible for "child-care expenses" and will split any costs for medical or dental issues including insurance.

The famous ex-couple has agreed to "terminate now and forever" spousal support. Interestingly, in the state of California, the amount to be paid to one party or the other would be based on the yearly salary and earnings of each person. In other words, it appears this situation may have been agreed upon before the couple got married. It is unclear if the couple signed a pre-nuptial agreement, but based on the settlement it appears they agreed to keep their finances separate from the beginning.

According to the settlement, Christina will retain several properties including her home in Newport Beach, CA, a house in Palm Springs, a mountain cabin, and a property in Franklin, Tennesse. The reality star will also keep her Bentley and a Range Rover. Interestingly, she will also keep the wedding ring. (Some people might not want that one!)

As for Ant, he will keep his current property in Costa Mesa, CA but will need to pay back a loan of over $500,000 to Christina's family trust. BTW, each of them will keep the rights to their respective media and entertainment businesses. As you know, Anstead is a car guy and will be retaining ownership of a Range Rover Velar, Land Rover Discovery, 2019 Lotus Type 62, Alfa Romeo Tipo, Ford Mustang, 1958 Porsche 356A, and a Comet. Also, Ant will get his "tools and equipment" in both the United States and England.

Interestingly, both of them signed the settlement in mid-March, which appears to show it was an easy process since the filing of the divorce.

Earlier this year, Ant broke his silence on the split, saying, "Anyone who really knows me knows that I don’t like to share private matters publicly, I have remained silent while holding on to hope. I never gave up on us. I pray Christina’s decision brings her happiness."

Christina also issued a statement on Instagram, saying, "I never thought I would have one divorce let alone two, I never thought I would have 2 baby daddies - but sometimes life throws us curve balls. Instead of getting stuck in these 'setbacks' I choose to look at these challenges as opportunities to grow. So while some may judge me and throw around rumors about me, most of you support me. And that says a lot about this world and where we are headed."
