Barack Torched By Users Over Kirk Statement

Barack, who served as the United States' 44th president from 2008 to 2017, received numerous responses from users implying that his statement was insincere.

"Spare us," someone wrote. "I am sure that most saying this would truly not wish this on him or anyone, for the most part. But prominent Dems certainly bear a decent amount of responsibility. To deny it is what got us here."

Other users also chimed in and claimed the former president likely was aware of the shooter's motivations.

"He knows exactly what motivated it," they shared. "Everyone does."

A handful of other netizens also put pressure on Barack to speak out against violent political party members.

"It's not enough," a user posted. "He needs to also condemn all the lefty lunies celebrating his death."

According to a previous report from The Blast, Kirk was shot on the campus of Utah Valley University while there for his "American Comeback Tour" with Turning Point USA.
