Massachusetts entrepreneur Andrew Cabot is finally addressing his divorce from former Astronomer executive Kristin Cabot and the state of their marriage.
This comes after the former HR chief's "kiss-cam" moment with her then-boss Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert, which went viral.
Meanwhile, Andy Byron's wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, reportedly left their Massachusetts home for their Maine mansion amid the scandal, deleted "Byron" from her social media.

Massachusetts entrepreneur Andrew Cabot is addressing the end of his marriage to former Astronomer executive Kristin Cabot.
Kristin filed for divorce from Andrew last month after her so-called "kiss cam" moment with Andy Byron, who is also reportedly married.
The incident sparked a flurry of online speculation about the state of Kristin and Andrew's relationship, including accusations of infidelity and other rumors due to her marital status.
In a statement to People Magazine, a spokesperson for Andrew emphasized that the couple had "privately and amicably separated several weeks before the Coldplay concert."
The spokesperson noted that the decision to divorce "was already underway prior to that evening."
They added, "Now that the divorce filing is public, Andrew hopes this provides respectful closure to speculation and allows his family the privacy they've always valued."

Andrew, 61, serves as CEO of Privateer Rum and has two children from a previous marriage. He and Kristin did not have children together.
Julia Cabot, Andrew's second ex-wife, who was married to him for four years before their 2018 split, told the Daily Mail that Andrew had already informed her of his separation from Kristin before the Coldplay incident.
"I texted Andrew right after [the kiss-cam scandal] happened, and he said: 'Her life has nothing to do with me,' and said they were separating," Julia recalled, per The Blast.

Speaking candidly about Andrew's character, Julia described him as "not a nice person."
She explained: "That's why after it happened, I got loads of texts from people with that word: karma. It was like: What you give, you get."
Julia also added that she doesn't believe Andrew was emotionally affected by the incident.
"Personally, I don't think he's affected by what happened at all. I don't think his feelings are hurt. He's probably embarrassed, if anything," Julia said.

Following Byron's departure, interim CEO Pete DeJoy addressed the viral incident in a statement, highlighting the company's resilience despite the unexpected attention.
"The events of the past few days have received a level of media attention that few companies—let alone startups in our small corner of the data and AI world—ever encounter," DeJoy wrote. "The spotlight has been unusual and surreal for our team and, while I would never have wished for it to happen like this, Astronomer is now a household name."

Meanwhile, following the viral Coldplay kiss-cam moment, Byron's wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, reportedly left the couple's $1.4 million home in Northborough, Massachusetts, and retreated to their $2.4 million mansion in Kennebunk, Maine, where she held crisis talks about her marriage, according to the Daily Mail.
Neighbors described the alleged infidelity as "disgusting" but stressed that the family deserves privacy as they navigate the sudden public scrutiny.
"Everyone has seen the viral video," one local said, adding that "the family does not want to talk about it."
It remains unclear whether Andy, 50, has confronted Megan, 50, following the incident.
Megan has not commented publicly but took visible steps online by removing "Byron" from her name, reverting to her maiden name, Kerrigan, before deactivating her social media accounts.
Photos from her former account showed the couple smiling together on hikes and at family events, often accompanied by two teens who appear to be their grown sons.
