Katy Perry attracted plenty of attention in July as she stepped out in swimwear for the first time since announcing her split from Orlando Bloom. In early July, the 40-year-old stripped down to a black bikini while spending time on a $500 million yacht, making headlines for her sizzling bikini body, plus for her reunion with 48-year-old Orlando. Showing off her weight loss and the curves she's maintained despite slimming down, Katy stunned in the sun, with the photos showing her solo and with daughter, Daisy Dove. Katy and Orlando welcomed their daughter in 2020. Earlier this year, the former couple ended their nine-year relationship.

Dropping jaws with her toned shoulders, slim waist, and ample cleavage, Katy made a case for the classic black bikini, rocking a figure-flaunting halterneck top, plus tiny matching bottoms. All cute face, slim waist as she wore shades, Katy went makeup-free, wearing her hair scraped back while donning dark shades. Katy was also seen tenderly holding 2020-born Daisy in some photos.

Fans quickly commented as the photos went viral on X. One cheeky user seemed keen on how "huge" Katy's curves were, however, others found her too thin. One user called the American Idol alum "too skinny," with another saying: "She lost way too much weight from play until now."

Katy Perry carried around a frozen treat ahead of boarding the yacht, where she was spotted with Pirates of the Caribbean star, Orlando.

Fans appear respectful of and impressed by the way in which Katy and Orlando are handling their breakup. The former couple spent seven of their nine years together engaged.
