It seems Brittany Cartwright has got herself a new man, but at what cost?

The reality star may have just found herself in a tight spot as the current partner of the man she is rumored to be coupled up with has come to set facts straight on TikTok.

Brittany Cartwright became single when she filed for divorce from her estranged husband and reality star, Jax Taylor, in August 2024 after five years of marriage.

The TV personality's new beau, Brandon Hanson, is allegedly still married, according to a confession from his wife in a TikTok comment section. The wife, identified as Jasina Stanko, burst everyone's bubble after a TikTok post shared news of her husband and Cartwright's relationship.

In her words, "He's my husband!!! That man is married." The comment caught the attention of a few fans who sought further clarification from Stanko whether she meant they dated, instead of outrightly calling him her husband.

Stanko insisted that she indeed got married to Hanson, although an insider emphasized that there is more to the story. According to Page Six, a source revealed that Cartwright and Hanson only got together after he had duly separated from Stanko.

The insider shared that Hanson and Stanko have been separated for over five months now, and they have managed to find comfort in each other while going through their individual divorces.

Stanko's revelation about her husband made it to Instagram, and fans weighed in on the situation, advising Cartwright on the next step to take. A commenter declared that Cartwright should consider therapy to stop her from attracting men like her estranged husband.

"She can really pick them. I mean, why? Why date a married person with kids?[sic]" another concerned Instagram user wrote. Another person advised Cartwright to focus on being single and raising her young son instead of getting involved in another problematic situation.

This fourth Instagram user chastised the TV personality's pressing need to be coupled up right after leaving a "10-year relationship fraught with an unbelievable amount of drama and trauma." They urged her to heal and lean on her friends' support, with hopes to find better than Hanson.

While he has always known he was never the type to get married, according to a story by The Blast, Taylor felt he could change the narrative by giving marriage a shot with Cartwright.

During a May episode of his podcast, Taylor revealed that he does not see himself as the right candidate for a romantic relationship, and he has known this his entire life. "I think about it now, and I just don't personally think I am supposed to be in a relationship," he explained.

The podcaster admitted that for the most of these relationships, the women were barely the problem. He added that he has a pattern of getting bored in relationships, and he really does not like the idea of partnering up with people.

Cartwright explained in April that after her separation from Taylor, he refused to leave their home in San Fernando. She recalled telling him to consider moving to a rental house she already paid for, but her estranged husband would not have it.

Cartwright admitted that she held on to the home because it held a lot of memories for her and their son, who was diagnosed with autism. Taylor's resistance to move left Cartwright with no choice but to move houses till they reached a resolution.

She declared that she would never forgive him for putting her and their autistic son through the unnecessary stress of moving around. In her words: "When you're dealing with a child with autism, we shouldn't be the ones moving around. That should have never happened. But that's just how Jax is."

The former reality star noted that Taylor eventually moved out when the cameras came on for season 2 of "The Valley." According to her, it would look bad on his image if people knew he made her and their son move out of their home.

The mother-of-one opened another can of worms after their divorce when she appeared on "Watch What Happens Live" in April. The Blast reported that she was asked to rate Taylor's sexual prowess on the show.

According to her, his performances were mainly mediocre with occasional moments that blew her mind, but on most days, he lacked the stamina to be exceptional. Cartwright's verdict on Cohen's show comes a few months after she made Taylor the butt of her vibrator ad on Instagram.

In the now-deleted post, the TV personality noted that she had always done everything on her own and that was not going to change. She urged her fans and single mothers to embrace the idea of sexual wellness and open themselves to the opportunity of being loved and treasured.
