Christina Aguilera caused a fan freakout in the fall of last year, when footage of her modeling an unzipped look sparked worry. The singer, 44, has long been sparking allegations that her shocking weight loss is down to Ozempic use, with this video adding fuel to the fire. Christina, who has never admitted to using the weight loss medication, hit up a workout bootcamp in September 2024, showing off her super-slim figure while upping the ante in her unzipped one-piece. Rocking a shirt-like top that flashed her cleavage, Christina had one user on X saying that she looked "anorexic," and the comments seemed to show a fanbase that agreed.

Braving an unzipped neckline while teasing her assets, the Grammy winner looked slimmer than ever, with her weight loss also manifesting via her more-defined facial features. Users, who seem to think that Xtina looks 25 again, have been alleging that she's also had plastic surgery, but this post focused on her size.

Christina, who has stated that she wasn't happy with her super-skinny frame during her 2002 Stripped era, is now arguably skinnier than she was over twenty years ago. The pop star also showcased her slim legs in her white-accent look, adding jewelry while wearing a full face of makeup and her blonde hair tied back.

"Christina Aguilera looks straight up anorexic after the Ozempic," the fan wrote, telling Christina to "stop" with the Ozempic. "You're right," one fan replied. Another said that the mom of two looked "terrible."

A further user chimed in, but this fan thought that Christina had used a different weight loss medication. "You gotta know when to say when. Also: guarantee you everyone in Hollywood is on Mounjaro. They just keep mentioning Ozempic to get the masses to use it. Eventually that will go away and Mounjaro will be all that's left, but they are milking the Ozempic $$ while they can," they wrote.

Earlier this summer, Christina shocked the world with her visible chest bones while looking stylish in this green corset dress. Showing off her teeny frame in the U.K., she added black thigh-high boots and statement goth makeup, quickly sparking concern that she'd taken her weight loss too far.

Also alleged to have slimmed down with the drug are celebrities including Kylie Jenner, Katy Perry, and Kim Kardashian. Meanwhile, stars including Sharon Obsourne and Shanna Moakler have confirmed using the drug.
