Yoga is another essential for her, especially moves like the cobra and warrior poses that target her core. She admits that the area has needed extra attention since going through menopause.
According to The Daily Mail, Burke also uses a PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic frequency) mat twice a day for eight minutes at a time. She says it "improves oxygen flow, circulation, and recovery," though the mats come with a steep price tag, ranging from $330 to $700.
