Tamra Judge has faced rumors of a potential return to "The Real Housewives of Orange County" ever since she confirmed her departure from the series in January 2020.

So, it shouldn't be much of a surprise that recent rumors have again linked Tamra, as well as her fellow former "Real Housewives" star Heather Dubrow, to the show's upcoming cast for season 16.

“Is it true you and Heather might be returning to RHOC or at least in talks about it?” a fan asked Tamra on Twitter earlier this month.

Amid her Q&A session with her fans and followers on her Instagram Story, as reported on June 11 byShowbiz Cheat Sheet, Tamra admitted that she had not yet heard about the reports of her and Heather's return.

That said, she noted that she would love to come back in a part-time position alongside Heather, who she's remained close to in the years since Heather's exit from the show.

“I know nothing about this! I’d come back as Heather’s ‘friend.' That sounds like a fun [role],” she wrote.

Tamra, who married husband Eddie in 2013, also answered a number of other questions. Scroll on for more.

As the Q&A went on, Tamra was met with another fan who asked her if she would take a “friend of” role or if she would return to "The Real Housewives of Orange County" in a full-time role.

“I think a friend [role] would better fit my life right now. It’s complicated,” Tamra posted.

In February of last year, Tamra said she walked away from the show to focus on her kids after their father was diagnosed with cancer.

“Those three episodes wouldn’t make any sense to me because I am very much a person who is very honest on the show,” Judge told Peoplein February 2020.

“At the time, Simon did not want to come forward with it, so I could not talk about it. It didn’t make any sense for me to be like, ‘I’m sorry, I’ve been very busy now, gotta go,’ because it would be a lie. I couldn’t be honest. I couldn’t be real,” she explained.

As for her future, Judge could soon return to television in a program alongside her former "RHOC" cast mate, Vicki Gunvalson.

During an interview with S'More Date in April, Vicki, who also announced she was leaving "RHOC" in January 2020, confirmed she and Tamra were working on their "own show."

“Tamra and I are actually working on our own show,” Vicki said. “We always thought it’d be fun to have Eddie [Tamra’s husband] and Steve [Lodge] on because Eddie loves Mexico and Steve is half Spanish. So, we’re working on some fun stuff.

While the season 16 cast of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" has not yet begun production on the upcoming episodes of the show, they are expected to begin filming in the coming weeks.
