Sutton Stracke doesn't look at "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" as a reality show, she looks at it as an opportunity to grow.

While appearing on the June 14 episode of the "Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef" podcast, Stracke, who first joined the Bravo show in a part-time position in late 2019 for the series' 10th season, spoke of her recently upgraded role before admitting that if she didn't grow from her experiences with her cast mates, she wouldn't be interested in reprising her role.

When Stracke was asked if it felt different to hold a diamond during season 11, Stracke admitted that she felt intertwined with the women throughout production.

"I felt just as much a part of it throughout the whole season. So no, I mean, you know, it just it's, it's an honor, which sounds weird because it's not like I'm joining the Olympic team, but... I love the whole thing I really do. And it just, it gives you such a chance to explore yourself and to kind of we'll explore your, maybe your inner demons and face the exterior demons as well," she noted.

"It's such a great experience and I wouldn't be here and I wouldn't do it unless I truly loved it. And I'm so thankful," she continued.

Stracke went on to say that she wouldn't appear on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" if the show wasn't "changing me for the better."

"It's because if it didn't change me for the better, what's the point? And I think I'm just stronger and I'm more outspoken and I just see things differently and I, and I hope I can keep growing out of it. So it's exciting," she gushed.
