Brie Larson has now topped 3 million views for oh-so-casually delivering a one-armed pull-up while in a sports bra and as she continues grueling MCU training. The "Captain Marvel" actress, 31, was already dead-lifting 225 pounds as she trained for her iconic role back in 2019, and it looks like the superhero franchise she's a part of hasn't let up on the muscle requirements. Posting to her Instagram recently and while listening to Olivia Rodrigo, the blonde showed 'em how it's done. Check it out below.

Scroll for the video. Brie was in a gym and with trainer Jason Walsh as she was seen nervously gearing up for her move, but it was confidence as the star showed her 6.7 million followers how lifting your entire body weight with one arm can be achieved. Hollywood starlets might turn heads with their busty outfits and glittery gowns, but much like "Wonder Woman" actress Gal Gadot, it's rock-hard muscle for Brie Larson.

"Ummmm hi don't mind me achieving my one-arm-pull-up goal," the caption read.

Brie, outfitted in a dark blue pair of leggings and sports bra and with her hair tied back in a ponytail, used her right arm to hoist herself up, delivering multiple reps while barefoot and then doing the little happy dance everyone knows and does when they've totally aced it in the gym.

As of today, the video sits at 3.02 million views, and Brie is getting told it's "BEAST MODE." "Jesus christ, I can't even walk up the stairs," one fan replied. More photos after the video.

Quick to follow was a one-arm push-up as the actress was seen in tight black leggings and a purple crop top, here on the floor and once again manifesting a near-superhuman level of strength.

"I never thought I’d be able to deadlift 225 lbs, never thought I could hip thrust 400 lbs, I didn’t even know hip thrust existed before and so that was great," Larson told PEOPLE in 2019, adding: “I carved out nine months, and was like ‘I’m going to hit it as hard as I can and see how far I could go.'" The workout queen, who said she was "thriving" in her push-up video, continued: “The martial arts, the boxing, all of that added a new element that’s really stuck with me that I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life continuing to study."

“Because I love the space my brain gets into when I’m doing it, it’s like a meditation, it really sticks with me and it’s profoundly changed the way I live my life.”

If you missed Gal Gadot showing her "superpower," just scroll.
