Fans Think Olivia O'Brien Has Joined Singers Who Sing About Their Exes

Since music became an essential part of the world, musicians have been known to express themselves through their lyrics and melodies.

The most common ones are called 'breakup songs,' and many singers; male and female have at some point, dedicated a song to an ex using either beautiful or hurtful words. 

Per a recent rumor, it seems like "Empty" singer, Olivia O'Brien has joined the long list of singers who sing about their ex or exes. From Taylor Swift to Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, and so on, the list has no end.

According to fans, one of O'Brien's hit songs titled "Josslyn," is dedicated to her relationship with a guy named Logan Paul.

The track started off with the statement; "I know we never said where we drew the line/ But I was in your bed almost every night."

The sing went on to describe a guy who cheated on his girlfriend and ruined everything that they had worked on for a long time. 

"I hope that it was worth it, f**king Josslyn / Yeah, I hope that it was worth it"

Although the 'girl' in the song was sad about loosing her lover, she knew it was the right thing to do.

O'Brien released her first studio album titled "Was It Even Real" in 2019, and "Josslyn" became her hit single shortly after. 

When fans heard this track, they wondered who 'Josslyn' was, as the lyrics of the song felt oddly personal.  In no time, fans began to speculate on which of the singer's ex-boyfriends she was referring to in the song.

Although, she did not release any official statement, her supporters became convinced that the song had something to do with a fling that had just ended with Paul.

Olivia Gail O'Brien is an American singer, who came into the limelight in 2016 after a collaboration with American rapper and musician, Gnash. She was born in Thousand Oaks, California, on November 26, 1999.

Though O'Brien has been in the music business for a short while, she is already making a name for herself in the industry. 

With chart-topping songs, and a debut studio album, the 21-year-old is well on her way to becoming a musical sensation.

in 2017, his YouTube channel had over 100,000 subscribers. Now, the 26-year-old is a proud owner of a YouTube account with over 23 million followers. 

Aside from this, Paul has an amateur boxing career. In 2018, he was challenged by a British YouTuber called KSI. The pair were to fight against one another with their brothers. 

The competition was later declared a draw with 57 points awarded to each team.
