A third shared: “Looking good!! And I feel this. I have lost 70 pounds over the last few years, and I still don't see it in the mirror.”

Rosie O’Donnell Credits Mounjaro And Lifestyle Changes For Her 50-Pound Weight Loss

O'Donnell first revealed she was using Mounjaro in January 2023, sharing in a TikTok video that she had begun her weight loss journey. By this March, she gave an update, noting she had “lost more weight” after moving to Ireland.
"I am on Mounjaro for my diabetes, and one of the side effects is that you lose weight,” she explained. "But it’s also because I had a chef for over two years in Los Angeles, and I don't have a chef now. It's me cooking for Clay and me."
The “Now and Then” actress has credited the drug with helping her shed 50 pounds. Reflecting on her transformation, she said, “I can’t believe this is me now.”
She also shared that with her slimmer frame came a new wardrobe challenge.
“I'm one of those people who's always had a weight issue and now that I'm a size large, instead of an XL or a 2XL, I find it shocking,” O'Donnell stated. “I've been wearing elastic-waist pants for a very long time.”
The Comedian Shares Lifestyle Tweaks Behind Her Weight Loss, Tries TikTok’s ‘Tiffany Plate’ Trend

Alongside using Mounjaro, O'Donnell has embraced lifestyle changes to support her body transformation.
“I stopped drinking anything except water," she revealed in a January 2023 TikTok. “I really stopped drinking five or six Diet Cokes a day. All I drink is water now, and I'm not eating sugar as much as I can."
The “Tarzan” actress has also experimented with incorporating healthier meals.
In May, she tried TikTok’s popular “Tiffany plate” trend, a reimagined charcuterie board created by weight loss influencer Tiffany Magee.
“This is my first Tiffany platter,” she said in a video. “It’s on TikTok, and everyone makes their own little healthy food thing, and then they eat it during the day."
O'Donnell then explained that her platter includes "Babybel reduced-fat cheese," alongside eggs, sausage, olives, mushrooms, chicken breast, fruits, and vegetables.
Rosie O’Donnell Hits Back At Trump Over Citizenship Threat

Meanwhile, O’Donnell fired back at President Donald Trump last month following his threat to revoke her U.S. citizenship.
Taking to her Instagram hours after Trump’s comments, O’Donnell shared an image of the U.S. President alongside convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, with whom Trump socialized decades ago amid ongoing calls for the full release of Epstein-related files.
Captioning the post, O’Donnell wrote: “I’m everything you fear. A loud woman, a queer woman, a mother who tells the truth, an American who got out of the country before you set it ablaze. You are everything that is wrong with America—and I’m everything you hate about what’s still right with it.”
She added a pointed jab at Trump, referencing HBO’s “Game of Thrones”: “You want to revoke my citizenship? Go ahead and try, King Joffrey, with a tangerine spray tan.”
