Carrie Underwood is offering a major health freebie that's valid for a full 30 days, and she stunned in yoga pants while delivering the news. The 38-year-old country singer, clothing designer, and fitness mogul yesterday appeared in a new photo posted by her Fit52 workout app - the handy app based on a deck of 52 cards accompanies Carrie's March 2020-released "Find Your Path" diet and exercise book. While the app is paid, the free trial has now been extended. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo, one that also brought in Carrie's 2010-married husband Mike Fisher. Carrie, who squeezes in as many workouts as she can amid her busy career and motherhood, had been photographed by a large window and gazing at her phone, also joined by Mike doing the same.

The "Southbound" singer, looking super-toned and with ripped arm muscles, rocked tight and dark blue leggings, a workout tank, plus cute pigtails - the glittery gowns and bombshell hair were definitely gone.

The CALIA by Carrie founder, whose clothing line continues to be a best-selling one since its 2015 launch, was tagged by Fit52 as the brand offered a sweet deal.

"We heard you—you want to try the app for more than two weeks. And we want to empower as many of you as possible to join #fit52!" the caption opened, continuing: "Today only: get a free 30-day trial of fit52. A whole month to find your path, ✨free.✨" Scroll for more photos after the snap.

The free trial is available globally, and it looks like fans are already keen to sign up for the paid version. "Love this app so much! Just renewed for 1 year!" one user replied.

As Carrie had personally explained on the Fit52 Instagram: "Fit52 is based on a deck of cards—each suit represents a different target area of your body. "

The "American Idol" winner also sees a double promo going on - more often than not, she's kitted out in her CALIA merch. More photos after the video.

Speaking to In Style about developing her app, Carrie touched on the pandemic shifting workout needs.

"We had no idea when we were developing it that people were going to need to work out at home as much as they would and how they would be relying on their computers or iPads or phones with very minimal equipment, because equipment kind of became scarce there," she revealed. "Honestly, for me, it was a lifesaver, just to not have to think about what I was going to do," the blonde added.
