Katy Perry In Skimpy Bikini Reminded Chest Belongs 'Inside' Top

Katy Perry is facing the music after her 2024 beach shoot in Spain violated local laws. Last year, the 40-year-old made headlines for shooting her "Lifetimes" music video in a protected nature space, and her doing so "without permission" didn't go unnoticed.

Over one year later, Katy has been slapped with a €6,001 fine, which works out to just under $7,000. The news went viral this week, which of course also meant that fans got a reminder of the minuscule bikini Katy donned for her video.

Katy, who reminded fans of her figure in a zebra-print swimsuit for an Instagram share dedicated to her music video, has some fans discussing the law she broke. Others, however, focused their attention on her ultra-skimpy bathing suit.

Katy, who posed amid sand dunes while enjoying Majorca, showed off her incredible weight loss in a teeny bikini in black and white.

Looking joyful with her arms stretched up in one photo, the "Woman's World" star posed on her knees, sending out happy vibes as she flashed her cleavage and ultra-toned waistline. Katy, who closed her eyes in her opening slide, also showed off her legs, plus her ankle and feet tattoos. In a caption, the mom of one wrote: "LIFETIMES IS OUT TOMORROW AT 3 PM PT AHHH."

Katy made headlines shortly after the August 2024 Instagram share, and the latest brings an update on the drama.

Per The Daily Mail, the ex of actor Orlando Bloom was in an "off-limits" part of Majorca's Ses Salines Natural Park on the Balearic Islands. For not having a permit from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and the Natural Environment, Katy was fined the above amount. The star herself wasn't fined personally, although reports suggested that her production company will bear the cost.

Fans got busy commenting. A popular comment called Katy "entitled" and "spoiled."

"6000 is cheaper than the cost for a permit, so better to film and just be fined than to go through the legal channels," another fan wrote. Elsewhere, users remarked on Katy Perry's bikini body.

"Why do women do these bikini tops! Your boobs are meant to be inside the material, not drooping underneath," a further user replied. Some fans even wondered if Katy had been granted "special treatment" on account of being a major star. Questioning the whole legal process, one fan asked: "Any non-celebrity would have been incarcerated. Massively fined, and/or banned for life! Double standard is BS!"

Katy covered up a little more in this photo, posted on her Instagram in June. The songstress has since made headlines for her July split from Orlando Bloom, 48. The former couple was together for nine years and shares daughter Daisy Dove, welcomed in 2020.
