Dean Cain’s decision to join U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is sparking a firestorm of backlash, and it comes right as the agency launches a major recruitment push.

Just days after his bombshell announcement, Dean Cain found himself in the crosshairs of many celebrities, including "Encanto" actor John Leguizamo.

John Leguizamo Takes Massive Jab At Dean Cain Over ICE Move

The "Encanto" star reposted a meme from X featuring a photo of Cain with the words “Pronouns: Has/Been” plastered across his face. The original poster jabbed, “Dean who?” to which Leguizamo added his own mic-drop response: “Nuff said!”

And he didn’t stop there. On Instagram, the "Ice Age" actor went for the jugular, sharing another photo of Cain alongside the biting caption, “How big of a loser do you have to be to volunteer to be an ICE OFFICER???”

As The Blast reported earlier this week, Cain, best known for playing Superman in "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" in the ‘90s, announced he would be joining U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement “ASAP” to “help save America.”

Margaret Cho also took aim at Cain for his highly publicized decision to join U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and she didn’t mince her words.

In a fiery Instagram video, the comedian dubbed Cain “ICE Barbie’s sidekick” in a new DHS recruitment push before bluntly telling him, “You’ll never be white.” Cho questioned why the former "Lois & Clark" star would promote joining ICE given his own family history.

“Why would you join ICE and encourage people to join ICE when your ancestors were interned in World War II?” she asked, with the text “Why would you join #ICE #dumb” splashed across the clip.

“You’re Japanese,” she continued. “You’re not even white… I know you, and you are not white.”

“Look, I know the entertainment business is in shambles, but imagine being so out of work and desperate for attention (I would know) that you join ICE?” McHale wrote. “F-cking pathetic loser.”

‘South Park’ Trolls White House Over ICE Recruitment Push

Even "South Park" is getting in on the controversy surrounding ICE’s flashy new hiring spree.

In a recent episode, the long-running animated series took aim at the Department of Homeland Security by depicting ICE agents cruising around in patrol cars, complete with a link to the agency’s career site. The parody ad used the same $50,000 signing bonus and perks being pushed in real life.

It’s far from the first time this season the show has gone after Trump and his administration. The premiere featured Trump in eyebrow-raising scenes with Satan, along with a string of jabs at his hardline immigration policies. True to form, "South Park" managed to turn a government recruitment ad into prime-time satire, adding fuel to the debate over ICE.

Cain, for his part, is standing firm in his decision. In a video posted Wednesday, the actor, who describes himself as both a sworn law enforcement officer and a filmmaker, said joining ICE was about more than just words.

“I felt it was important to join with our first responders to help secure the safety of all Americans, not just talk about it. So I joined up,” he explained, urging others to apply for ICE roles.

Cain even touted the perks, citing a $50,000 signing bonus, student loan repayment options, and enhanced retirement benefits.
