Sean "Diddy" Combs is already envisioning life after prison and has set his sights on returning straight back to business if he's released, whenever that is.

The rapper's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, shared that he's planning to headline a huge comeback performance once he has resolved all the legal troubles.

It comes as Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyers have reportedly approached President Donald Trump for a pardon, with Trump said to be "seriously considering" it.

Embattled rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs is reportedly prepping to get back on stage after his prison release.

The "Finna Get Loose" rapper has been behind bars at the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since he was arrested in September on charges relating to sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Multiple attempts to secure his release on bail were denied by Judge Arun Subramanian, who cited his flight risk and danger to the community, including victims and witnesses, as the primary reasons for keeping him in custody.

Following nearly 2 months of trial, he was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges, but was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, and faces a maximum of 10 years for each count.

However, the Bad Boy Records founder seems to be unbothered by the current situation and is already thinking of hosting a huge comeback performance at Madison Square Garden after he's released from prison.

Marc Agnifilo, Diddy's lead attorney, made the revelation during his interview with Jericka Duncan, which aired on "CBS Mornings."

Agnifilo noted that Diddy is looking forward to being reunited with his family and taking care of his mom, but has also set his sights on returning to the stage.

It comes after Diddy's legal team confirmed they have approached President Donald Trump to explore the possibility of a presidential pardon.

A member of Diddy's defense team, Nicole Westmoreland, told CNN on Tuesday that the music mogul's team has contacted the Trump administration about a potential pardon.

"It's my understanding that we've reached out and had conversations in reference to a pardon," Westmoreland said.

Earlier reports suggested the billionaire politician is "more than open" to granting the "Bad Boy For Life" rapper a presidential pardon, but the move was dependent on the outcome of his $50 million bail petition, which was denied again on Monday by a federal judge.

Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that Diddy "fails to satisfy his burden to demonstrate an entitlement to release."

Meanwhile, Agnifilo, in his chat with Jericka Duncan in the "CBS Mornings" interview that aired on Thursday, distanced himself from reports that Diddy's team reached out to Trump for a potential pardon, saying he has "nothing to do with a possible pardon."

"I have had conversations with nobody," Agnifilo said, per USA Today. "I have not spoken to the president. I have not spoken to anybody who speaks to the president about Sean Combs. I have not."

The attorney added that he's "not political" and that he only tells Diddy about what is in the news about a potential pardon, but that the rapper said to "go tell (Trump) I deserve a pardon."

Meanwhile, Trump seems to be on the fence about granting Diddy a pardon because of the rapper's past comments about him.

During an interview on Newsmax last Friday, the president said he considers Diddy "sort of half-innocent" despite his conviction in July, but added that pardoning the rapper has been made "more difficult" because of his past criticism of him.

"He was essentially, I guess, sort of half-innocent," Trump told host Rob Finnerty. "He was celebrating a victory, but I guess it wasn't as good a victory."

"When I ran for office, he was very hostile," Trump said of Diddy. "It's hard, you know? We're human beings. And we don't like to have things cloud our judgment, right? But when you knew someone and you were fine, and then you run for office, and he made some terrible statements..."

"So I don't know … It makes it more difficult to do," he added, per The Guardian.

Trump's comments about Diddy being "hostile" to him are likely linked to remarks the rapper made during his run for president against Hilary Clinton.

Back in 2017, Diddy told the Daily Beast that he did not "really give a f-ck about Trump" and maintained the same energy in 2020 when Trump's first tenure ended following his defeat to Joe Biden.

At the time, Diddy told radio host Charlamagne tha God that "white men like Trump need to be banished," adding that the "number one priority is to get Trump out of office."
