Lizzo is a firm believer in the means justifying the ends, even for weight loss.
The rapper discussed her weight loss extensively in her latest interview, where she flaunted her trimmed figure and addressed various speculations surrounding the journey.
Lizzo had earlier admitted to experiencing a very dicey relationship with food, including different episodes of undernourishing herself and subsequently finding a middle ground.
Lizzo Pulled Out All The Stops For Her Weight Loss

Although Lizzo has no problem whatsoever with whichever weight loss method is the most preferred for anyone, she will not allow speculations that she got extra help from surgery or Ozempic.
The singer raved about her new and improved physique, emphasizing that she likes how she looks and still carries a few features from her old body. "I'm still wearing plus-size clothing. I have the same rolls. I got the same belly, the same thighs, I think I'm just a smaller version," Lizzo declared.
Lizzo revealed that her journey to looking trim and fit cost her adjusting her diet to feature less sugary and processed food, and also alcohol. In her words:
"I work my as- off, training 3x a week, daily sauna & cardio, adding animal protein back into my diet, hiring a chef who helps me meal prep and keeps track of what I put into my body in a calorie deficit."
Lizzo also cut back on social media, removed herself from an unhealthy relationship, and began communicating with her therapist again. The singer combined this with a detoxification process to get rid of heavy metals from her system and meditation via yoga, acupuncture, sound baths, and extensive reading.
However, Lizzo is now back to indulging in that liquor, as she feels she has earned the right to do so after shedding all those pounds in the gym.
"It's a beautiful balance where it's like, if you allow yourself to have something, you can enjoy it without overindulging and hurting yourself. I'm so proud of myself for overcoming that," said Lizzo to Women's Health Magazine.
The Vocalist Shared Her Not-So-Great Experience With Ozempic

Lizzo earlier admitted that she tried taking Ozempic to help her cut back on her weight, but her eating habits could not complement the effect of the drug; hence, it was a dead end. According to her, "Ozempic works because you eat less food, yeah? So if you eat right, it makes you feel full."
She further explained that ultimately, losing weight with or without Ozempic is possible; all one needs to do is determine and make it "mind over matter." Regardless of her advocacy for doing things on one's own, Lizzo affirmed that if things were done differently, it would alter her experience, stating:
"If I did all of this on Ozempic, if I did all this with surgery, I would be just as proud of myself, because this sh-t is hard."
She noted that for people who maneuver the current trends in society in a bigger body, existing and surviving is a challenging task. According to a diet expert, Stuart Fischer, Lizzo most likely shed about 100 pounds to weigh about 180 pounds, placing her 10 pounds above her project 170 pounds.

Lizzo hopped on the jet for a fashionable vacation in the city of love, where she kept it cute in a metallic gown. In a report by The Blast, she struck a sultry pose in the figure-hugging champagne dress on the rooftop close to the Eiffel Tower.
The songstress promptly informed her followers and fans that it is a “back fat summer” as her glistening dress came with a deep back cut, showing off her gorgeous back rolls. She also gave fans a front view of her outfit with peeking side boobs and very radiant skin, competing with the Parisian sun.
Lizzo’s iconic picture earned praises from her admirers, who stressed that the city was beyond happy to see her, and her weight plays no role in her essence as a human being. Lizzo Lent Her Voice To The Ongoing Backlash Against Sydney Sweeney

The media personality found time for a bit of humor by trolling the American Eagle ad, which featured the "Euphoria" actress and a very controversial line that has raised accusations of racism and white supremacy.
Lizzo created a replica of the ad by uploading an AI image of herself posing just like Sweeney in a matching denim jacket and trousers. She accompanied the photograph with a caption that read: "If the Democrats won the election."
The singer did not repeat Sweeney's line about are Jeans/Genes being blue; instead, she wrote "My genes are black." Lizzo's colleague, Doja Cat, also poked fun at the ad, adopting a thick southern accent during her delivery.
"My jeans are blee," the "Get Into It Yuh" singer wrote in the TikTok clip, which some commenters have found offensive, accusing her of being jealous of Sweeney.
