Britney Spears Says Rocks Have 'Intellect' With New Photo

Britney Spears is revealing she hid rocks in her pockets for many years "during interviews," even stating that random rocks and crystals from peoples' driveways have "intellect." The 39-year-old pop princess is fresh from a big Instagram post, one shared with her 30 million followers and showing off her rocks collection. Spears, who touched on her childhood and revealed she used to randomly collect rocks, even said that she felt "protection" from them and that until she was about 24, they were part of her interview process. The "Toxic" singer opened by shouting out "Younger" actress Hilary Duff, writing:

"OK, so @hilaryduff's kids did this ... I think it's way cool ??? !!!! I always collected crystals ? as a small child and my parents honestly thought it was weird that I’d disappear and they'd find me looking for rocks and crystals in people's driveways ??? !!!!"

Keep scrolling for the snap. The Grammy winner added that she has a "beautiful collection now," although it's only "about 10," adding that she almost feels a "sort of protection when I see rocks now ... they are so strong and solid ?? ... I like holding them !!!!"

Britney even revealed that she used to hide them in her pockets as a child, clutching them tight if anyone around her gave off "bad vibes." "Confidence" and "awareness" were also listed. See her interview reveal after the photo.

Continuing in the upbeat fashion that's a standard on her Instagram, the mom of two revealed:

"I did this in a lot of interviews up until I was around 24 or so !!!! So … I saw this picture of this rock display and immediately thought of my rocks ... they have a lot of intellect we don't even know about ??? !!"

Britney, who has been dishing healthy eating advice, then recommended anyone try it out: "You can't mess with Mother Nature!" she continued.

Britney concluded writing: " There are so many religions but the “worship of nature" is the only phenomenon ... so go pick up a f-cking rock."

Topping replies is former Disney star Hilary Duff. Seemingly floored, the actress replied: "I'm screaming."
