An insider close to Hogan’s family recently spoke to the Daily Mail about the reality TV star’s demise, sharing details about his health in his final weeks.
They told the outlet that Hogan knew he had heart complications, as multiple symptoms marred his last days.
“He was suffering from shortness of breath, got tired easily, had lost a lot of weight, and was on oxygen,” the source said.
They revealed that due to the illnesses, Hogan knew he had limited time to reconcile with estranged loved ones.
“He had a lot of scores to settle. Didn’t want to leave anything unsaid,” the insider stated.

On Thursday, reports confirmed that Hulk Hogan passed away after suffering from cardiac arrest.
EMTs had responded to an urgent 911 call from the former World Heavyweight Champion’s home, noting that he was suffering from severe heart problems.
Upon arriving at the location, the officials quickly sprang into action in a desperate attempt to save Hogan’s life.
A viral video capturing the mind-boggling moment showed the responders seemingly administering CPR as they carried him on a stretcher into an ambulance.
Hogan was then transported to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:17 am.
“The Clear Police Department is conducting a death investigation, which is standard in these types of cases. There’s no sign of foul play or suspicious activity related to this call for service at this time,” the Clearwater Police Major Nate Burnside said, following Hogan’s demise.

On Instagram, Hogan’s official account also released a statement announcing the icon’s demise.
They shared a throwback picture of the wrestler in the ring wearing his signature wrestling outfit.
“It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we confirm we have lost a legend,” the caption read.
The post also revealed that Hogan passed away, surrounded by his loved ones.
“At this time of grief, we ask that everyone please respect the privacy of his family and friends. May we all take solace in the wonderful memories he left behind for the millions of fans worldwide whose lives he touched for more than four decades. He will be missed, but never forgotten,” the caption concluded.

Hours later, over 25,000 fans trooped to the comments section to pay tribute to the legend, reminiscing on his impact on the wrestling world.

Another fan shared, “As a young girl, sitting in front of the TV at night, rooting for him, enjoying the shows…it’s so sad and unbelievable that he’s gone forever. My deepest sympathy goes out to the family, and I wish them strength during this difficult time.”

Hulk Hogan’s Wife And Manager Dismissed Health Rumors Before His Death

Hogan’s death came as a shock to many, given that on July 12, his wife, Sky, shut down rumors that her husband was on his deathbed after he underwent neck surgery two months prior.
“No, he’s definitely not in a coma! His heart is strong, and there was never any lack of oxygen or brain damage. None of those rumors are true,” she told a social media fan.
Sky explained that Hogan was “recovering from a major four-level Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF),” adding that there was no need for drama and panic.
Two days before his demise, Hogan’s manager, Jimmy Hart, also denied allegations that the wrestler was dying.
“Hulk is doing great, doing phenomenal! Last night at karaoke with Nick [Hogan] was absolutely fantastic, baby!!!,” he said in a post on X.
