Sara Molina is known as the mother of Tekashi 6ix9ine's child. She has come out before regarding being abused by the Brooklyn rapper on multiple occasions as now, they are supposedly not on speaking terms at all anymore, with the exception of discussing their daughter. Recently, Molina revealed that she went to Colombia over a month ago in order to get surgery for a Brazilian but lift. This is very common for female social media influencers now in an attempt to enhance their bodies.

According to TMZ, Molina underwent this surgery at the end of April. Dr. Humberto Peña had her under the knife, as liposuction was also performed. Molina ended up going through severe pain from this surgery as she ended up needing to receive a pain pump that was placed under the skin of her abdomen to combat the pain. Molina couldn't even lie face down, as she ended up sitting in a recliner. She was recovering at the Lluxe Recovery facility.

Molina is now showing the results of the BBL surgery and now, everything looks fine and also what she expected the outcome to be. Her followers on Instagram have also been showing their full support as they love what her body looks like now. This came after she posted a TikTok video of her new butt. Others believe that she looked perfectly fine before the surgery but in the end, Molina is very happy and that is what matters the most now.

At the end of December, Molina also revealed to TMZ that she didn't let 6ix9ine see their daughter for Christmas. This was due to him supposedly not being involved much in the 5-year-old's life. 6ix9ine allegedly said in August that this wouldn't be the case but in the end, proved Molina right. He also supposedly did not come through on his claims of helping his daughter financially. Molina even let 6ix9ine see their daughter whenever he wanted, and he didn't even follow up on that opportunity.

Molina has known 6ix9ine for a very long time, long before he became the rainbow-haired rapper with tons of tattoos and gang ties. Molina came out before and said that 6ix9ine attended school and didn't have these criminal ties and pursuit of being a rapper. Things came to a crazy ending in February 2019, when she revealed that she was physically assaulted by 6ix9ine in Dubai and then, sexually abused after. Since then, Molina has supposedly been staying away from him.
