The boy group singer had the pleasure of spending the last concert of his career, and what would be the last performance of his life, with 40,000 fans in his hometown.

The Prince of Darkness, as he is fondly called, was beyond grateful to share that moment with his fans despite his protracted battle with Parkinson's disease.

For his wife, Sharon, who has also managed him since his solo career began in 1979, the concert marked the end of a life of touring and stage stunts filled with electric performances.

She shared that organizing the show was her idea, following Ozzy's expression of regret for letting his illness get in the way of a proper thank-you tour in 2018. His July 7 show was the perfect culmination of his 50+ years of stage performances and over 100 million album sales.

"I've been doing this since I was 15, and I'm done. We just want to live our life and do what we want to do and not have to follow an itinerary anymore," she noted.

May the legendary Ozzy Osbourne's soul rest in perfect peace!
