Khloé Kardashian Help Brother Rob Kardashian 'Come Out Of His Shell' With Rare Interview

Khloé Kardashian has successfully extracted some truths from her introvert brother, Rob Kardashian, after years of living under the radar.

The father-of-one got candid with his sister in a rare interview on why he stays away from the camera and his current standing with his family since leaving the family reality show years ago.

Khloé Kardashian, alongside the rest of the family, including the family matriarch, Kris Jenner, have all previously expressed their interest in Rob Kardashian becoming a social butterfly like his past self.

The 38-year-old hopped on his sister's podcast, "Khloé In Wonder Land," to explain why he is now the way he is and what the future holds for him regarding his return to screens.

"I don't wanna be filming and putting myself in a position where I'm not comfortable," Rob noted. He added that since he is not yet comfortable in his skin, sharing that part of himself with the world would not be a great decision. In his words:

"So why would I want to go be on camera and just be vulnerable and let people in when that's not what I want to do?"

On his relationship with his sisters, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé Kardashian, and step sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Rob affirmed that all is well. He emphasized that their situation had everything to do with him, not with them.

He added that a return to the TV screen may also be around the corner, but in the future. "I love filming if it's positive and natural, and I'm feeling good about myself. I like being around my family, so that stuff is good to me," Rob affirmed.

The momager is not pleased about Rob's new life, and she has been desperate for the situation to change. She reportedly wants him back on their family reality TV show, which shot them into the limelight in the first place.

As shared by The Blast, the American media personality could not believe that her only son would be a committed introvert since "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" ended their E! run.

Despite avoiding the flashing camera lights and busy streets of California, the entrepreneur reportedly found a confidante and friend in his immediate elder sister.

When he is not at his own house, the next place to find Rob is Khloé's house, where he hangs out and watches his daughter play with her cousins, True and Tatum Thompson.

The family matriarch reportedly played a significant role in shaping her son's character by ignoring warnings from her older daughters years ago when they drew her attention to it.

Despite this, Kris feels that the family's show could benefit from Rob's help in gaining visibility and bringing a sense of nostalgia to the show, which fans would appreciate.

"She's sure it will be good for his state of mind to be out and about more and even participate more in the show because the fans really want to see him. She says he'll be shocked by how excited everyone will be," a source close to the momager noted.

Meanwhile, in 2022, Rob broke his social media low-key status by leaving a soothing comment under one of Khloé's social media posts.

Kris welcomed Rob with her late husband, Robert Kardashian, a famous attorney, in March 1987. He is the last of the entrepreneur's children, born before their divorce and her marriage to Caitlyn Jenner.

Rob has made significant progress in his personal life since his last public romance with Blac Chyna, which ended on a bitter note. Now, he is reportedly seeing someone new, but very secretly, away from the reach of his family, who he fears might expose her identity.

As reported by The Blast, the former reality star and his new love interest have reportedly been spotted going out for a drive in Rancho Park; however, her identity remains to be unraveled.

Rob's decision to keep his dealings under wraps is influenced by his growing awareness of fame, which has subjected his life to intense public scrutiny.

He has also developed a distrust of the cameras he grew up around from childhood to adulthood. It does not help that his siblings would also not mind their business when it comes to his life.

The 38-year-old created a buzz on Instagram when thousands of fans spotted him chilling with his sister and actress Lala.

The cameo was part of Kim's picture dump for Lala's birthday celebration, where Rob was reportedly in attendance. Rob was all smiles in the picture, rocking a black-on-black ensemble and peeking right behind Lala.

Earlier in the year, he made another cameo in Kim's easter picture slides on Instagram, alongside appearances from his daughter, Dream, and Kim's kids. As usual, Rob was decked out in an all-black outfit as he posed behind his doting mom, with one hand in his pocket. 

Although he is staying out of the public eye, he has continued his work behind the scenes through various business deals. In 2021, he reportedly partnered with a brand to launch a Vanilla Cream soda.

He also ventured into the urban fashion scene by launching a streetwear line called "Halfway Dead" in partnership with Nicky Diamonds.
