Amanda Holden's beef with Sharon Osbourne doesn't appear to be over, even when Simon Cowell isn't in the picture.
The media personality took shots at the older entertainer in a recent interview, seemingly mocking the unappealing side effects of her Ozempic usage. The wife of heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne suffered unwanted alterations to her appearance after joining the weight loss trend.
The bad blood between Amanda Holden and Sharon Osbourne started after the latter criticized Simon Cowell on TV. The diss fueled Holden's protective side, and she vehemently slammed the music manager for insulting her former "Britain's Got Talent" co-star.
Amanda Holden Seemingly Mocks Sharon Osbourne's Altered Appearances

Osbourne has been vocal about her Ozempic usage and how losing significant weight in three months adversely changed her appearance. The TV personality was left with an "Ozempic face," an outcome Holden couldn't help but address in a new interview.
Holden declared she would never use anything that could jeopardise her appearance, saying: "I would choose my face over my waist any day. Obviously, yeah, with Sharon....It is a crazy time for those sort of jabs and things. But I will always choose my a*s over my weight and my boobs."
The media personality claimed she always gained weight in the right places, specifically her butt and boobs, and was not tempted to use weight loss drugs like Ozempic. She told The Daily Mail that she wasn't condemning those who joined the trend as long as they did it for the right reasons.
The Former 'X Factor' Judge Is Done Changing Her Appearance

Holden's comments about Osbourne's "Ozempic face" follow the older entertainer's Confessions about her altered appearance. She explained that she needed to gain weight after dropping one too many pounds; however, she couldn't get the weight to stick.
Instead of desperately trying to make herself gain weight and hopefully fix her appearance, Osbourne claimed she was done with cosmetic procedures. "I've had enough. I've given up on all interventions. I couldn't have much more facial surgery — there's not that much skin left to stretch, pull, or cut," she said.
"And I won't have any more fillers or Botox. I don't think I'll ever be happy with the way I look. But I'm now satisfied. It's taken years for me to say this, but I've learned my lesson. This is me. It's finally time to leave well alone," Osbourne added.
What Happened Between Osbourne And Holden?

The drama between Osbourne and Holden began after the music manager labeled Cowell someone who "doesn't know how to keep friends." She made the comments on "Celebrity Big Brother" during a conversation with Louis Walsh, who echoed similar sentiments about Cowell.
Holden called the women out publicly, slamming them for gossiping about Cowell, who she claimed had significantly influenced their careers. Osbourne responded to her comments in a scathing social media post, arguing that she was famous long before her ties to Cowell.
The man at the center of the feud addressed the issue last year, with the Independent reporting that he still had a good relationship with Osbourne and Walsh. "I still consider Sharon and Louis really good friends. We could pick up the phone to each other tomorrow," he claimed.
Simon Cowell Found The Claims About Him Hilarious

Cowell added that Osbourne and Walsh were probably upset because they could never reach him, further emphasizing that he was not offended by their comments. He claimed that, based on what he had heard about their conversation, it was "quite funny" rather than mean.
The "America's Got Talent" judge refused to pick sides, labeling Holden, Osbourne, and Walsh "great friends." It remains to be seen if he'll still be on the fence after Holden's comments about Osbourne's "Ozempic face."
The TV personality has long advocated for the drug since it went viral in 2023, once claiming that celebrities shouldn't be ashamed of joining the trend. The Blast covered the story, reporting that Osbourne disliked those who treated Ozempic like "a dirty little secret" after using it to lose weight.
Sharon Osbourne Canceled Her Talk Show Tour

Holden's jabs at Osbourne's appearance come months after the TV personality sparked concern for canceling her talk show tour. She was scheduled to start the tour in April, but abruptly pulled the plug on the entire program.
Sources suspected Osbourne was forced to cancel due to family issues, as a similar incident occurred in 2024. She dropped out of a public appearance at Mad Monster Party in Phoenix because her husband could not fly.
The heavy metal singer's health reportedly worsened amid his battle with Parkinson's disease, leaving his doting wife as his primary caretaker.
The Blast reported that Osbourne previously shared that the Black Sabbath frontman could no longer walk as his condition progressed, but noted his signature voice remained unaffected.
